The rooms are not clean and the rooms are not cleaned up every day. Breakfast buffet was early in the morning almost empty and we have to ask for more, every day.
Only one person was friendly at the whole hotel.

My wife and I did a 3-week tour of Ireland & Scotland in June and of all the places we stayed, we were most looking forward to this one & it disappointed us the most. Reasons? The room was quite small, not that clean or...More
Hotel is in a lovely setting with fantastic views over the loch.
However there were some aspects that were, we felt, not right for a hotel charging the sort of money it did. Firstly there was only one member of staff when we arrived late...More
First trip away with our wee one. Room had just been renovated. It was very clean and fresh. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Views were stunning. Good location for Fort William, Spean Bridge and just an hour drive from Inverness.

207jimmy123. Try being personally abused, blackmailed and threatened as a result of posting a perfectly reasonable review, as I was by this establishment. Their response to my current review is mild compared to the accusations levelled at me in their response to the original review. Oh, but even then the current response is an outrageous lie. So sorry if you think I should be ashamed of myself for sticking up for myself having been accused on TA in the original response of theft, masturbation and abuse. All I did was send a cold meat pie back to the kitchen, drink a hugely priced pint, stay a night in a small, very noisy room and leave a realistic 3 star review. And in return I got a character assassination.
