Stayed here recently for 3 nights. Was slightly apprehensive as had room overlooking the road but there was no night time traffic noise at all. The room was light and airy and in good condition. Excellent location with good views from the Osprey Deck and from the Beach. Staff were friendly and helpful from the start to finish of our...

Thank you for your very kind review, and it's so nice to have genuine comments from great guests, some guests are over critical in very small areas which has a deterimental affect on our fantastic staff, so thank you again from all the team at Letterfinlay. Kind regards.

First impression of room looked modern and clean, but with no valance displaying a grubby divan base not great to see.Wonderful view of loch from room window.Room and ensuite were not the largest rooms we have stayed in for price paid.Evening meal on first night was truly excellent and for the large amount of staff on duty was adequate. The decking area...

Thank you for the kind comments on certain parts of your review, however i am sure other reviewers will find your comments on the wine price of £4.95 per glass rather petty, we have been told we should be charging more to be in line with most other hotels. Your comments on your breakfast are also very harsh and although...

The hotel is in a beautiful location and idea if you just want to put your feet up and relax or get out and about. The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms and social areas very clean and well equipped. There is nothing to close so dinning at the hotel is only option without a commute but the...

My husband and I have just returned from 2 nights here and had a wonderful time. Yes the weather was great and the views out of this world (who needs to go abroad when you can get views like this). However the freindliness and relaxed atmosphere also contributed to a lovely stay. This is not a large formal hotel but...

Stayed at the Letterfinlay 3 years ago and were really looking forward to staying again as we had great memories of our last visit. Sad to say the hotel has lost its sparkle...The hotel is still in a stunning location and the rooms are a good size, clean and well equipped, but the service and food has declined dramatically. Would...

We stayed here post west highland way walk for the 6 men in our party. Had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. Clean and comfortable, we felt at home and had a great laugh here. Staff were all friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Find it funny that people are so picky on here, this is an old traditional...

We stayed here last weekend for two nights. The previous reviews were all correct in that it is in a most beautiful setting, at the side of the loch with hills on the other side. This hotel is comfortable and clean; on the day we were there it was very cold in all the areas we sat in. Staff were friendly and did offer the use of a heater. The food was nice with good service.
