We arrived in the late afternoon, warmly greeted by the Front of House staff and shown to our rooms (#8 & 9) overlooking the vineyards. King size beds, fireplace, comfy chairs, fridge and welcome bottle of wine. The pool was a great way to stretch after a long drive, and sitting in the hot tub to relax was wonderful. I... More

Hard to believe you are staying in Canada at this beautiful spot. You could easily be in Italy, it is well worth the trip. Great little breakfast is served everyday. You have great access to a pool and the hot tub. Room amenities are fantastic. Amazing deck with a beautiful view for all the suites. Top suites have a little... More

Located in beautiful South Okanagan in Oliver sits this beautiful winery. The restaurant on this fantastic orchard has a lovely patio and great views. Price point is high. Portions are small and choice is limited. Wines are great however.

Burrowing Owl Guest House, restaurant and tasting room is excellent and worth every penny. Friendly and professional staff, we stayed here in 2006 on our honeymoon, before the pool, 2009 after the pool and we come back on each of our visits to the Okanagan. This time, we had our daughter accompany us on our 10th anniversary. So as not... More

The hotel's web site doesn't do the rooms or facilities justice. The rooms are lovely and large and the facilities are terrific. With only a few guest suites it's a very calming, guest-focussed experience. A wonderful place to stay while in the area.

This is the perfect place for couples touring the southern Okanagan. The suites are roomy and comfortable, and the balcony, with a view of the vineyards, is lovely. The pool was a refreshing treat on a hot summer afternoon. Breakfast by the pool was also very enjoyable. Not cheap, but worth it. Would love to go back!

We made reservations earlier in the day (a must) while Winery Hopping in the area. After visiting 8 wineries, all famished, we returned to the Burrowing Owl. Upon being seated, by Inga our most gracious server introduced us to a fabulous menu and some very delectable wines. The food was prepared by highly qualified chefs and was absolutely delicious. In short, Burrowing Owl is amazing. I would recommend for anyone. The guest house is small and beautifully appointed (10 rooms and 1 suite). Feels very much like a private residence. Full length 25 metre pool and hot tub at the disposal of a handful of in-house guests. Food/wine is outstanding. Only feedback...they need to figure out food service to... More

In mid May (hot weather and dry)we stayed at the Guest House at Burrowing Owl Estate Winery. 10 rooms. Winery is Adjacent. Wine tasting terrific. Beautiful room with a fireplace (a lovely welcoming bottle of white wine in our little fridge) and our deck overlooking rolling vineyards. As well a massive swimming pool, which I loved!
