We visited this place during the Christmas week , nice place well maintained, small but clean rooms. Situated on baga beach & near the Tito clubs . In the heart of the happening place in Goa. If you want to stay in Baga, 'stay here' it is lovely, peaceful and quiet, but only a few minutes to Titos etc. I have already booked to go again in 2016....

Nicely located at Baga which is just 30 m away from the room to coast. 2 caretakers Chris and Rajesh are well behaving and helpful. Property is New but architected with very small room size. Bathroom size is decent. Don't expect too much as this is more of B&B setup. Still value for money.
