I really recommend the hotel for families with young children. We spent here 7 days with 2+2 kids. Food is delicious and there big choice, everyday there is something different. In all inclusive option there is breakfast, lunch, snack bar (pizza, burgers, ice creams), dinner. Drinks are quiet good, apart from Sex on the beach, San Francisco, I recommend Menthol+Sprite, which is quiet delicate and not so strong after few days of drinking ;) There is a lot of things to do. Nice and quiet wide, swimming pool, separate small swimming pool for kids. There are animations for kids Unfortunately during day poorly organized - young ladies were playing with cards only with one kid, they could organize some group competitions/plays. It looked better at evening, some drawing activities and good disco for children. 2-3 times we had occasion to listen live music which I really appreciate and one time it was organized Bulgarian evening with folklore performance. Hotel is situated near the beach, but 2 km from Sozopol (need to take taxi or bus which comes near Zlota Rybka every 1hour). Sozopol itself is really charming small town with nice old town architecture situated at a coast. I really recommend go sight seen. To be a even better hotel, would recommend serving coffee in glasses instead of small plastic cups which btw. are not produced for hot drinks. I also would consider motivate animators to do more interesting activities with kids during day and also organize some events for adults. However those were small remarks. Hotel is really nice and we all got rest during the holidays!

I stayed here with my family. The hotel has great landscaping. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food was okay, but I would recommend a little more options for the dishes. The hotel is close to the beach, which was really beautiful.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever visited!! The food in the morning is not fresh, looks like it is leftover from 2days ago. The food in the afternoon and evening is tasteless, cold and poor quality!! The hotel has a capacity of 400 people but there are only 60 poolbeds and some people take more places than they need, but the staff do nothing about this. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Worst hotel ever in my life. Super expensive for local standards . If u ask for drinking water in the night the answer from reception is “ walk to petrol station approximately one kilometre away. Tap water not dinkabale . Night receptionist too busy watching movies to attend clients needs. In my opinion is one star or zero star facility even pretending to be 4* . Awful experience . Stay away pls don’t even consider checking in

We were for a first time at the hotel ( and honestly speaking I do not plan to return). I shall give you as resume the pros and cons, so everybody could decide for him/herself is it worthy to stay there. Pros: not bad location of the hotel, good and spaciest rooms ( we stayed in 3703 and 3702), which are part of the villas ( not main body). Later on you shall understand why we stayed in two rooms. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance, and I would say this is the best in Sozopol! Some of the staff were extremely kind and helpful ( in comparison with the employees from the reception). Zheny from the Lobb Bar, Krishna and Niki from the pizza bar, Venci the piccolo did indeed fantastic job. Thank you 👍😀 Cons: I can’t accept following facts- when you have for instance 100 rooms in the hotel to offer just 50 parking slots?! This is simply ridiculous. Same applies for the beach. You have 50 umbrellas and sun beds for double the number of rooms?! When we arrived, initially we stayed at room 3703. Unfortunately we have some problems with the roof, because it was flooded?! I contacted the reception, and only after insisting from my side they decided to move us in another room. The second one was 3702. Believe it or not, we had agains same problems!!!!! Obviously the room above ( 3705) is the reason for this.

The hotel is located near the sea and has very beautiful vegetation everywhere. The personal is very polite. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are very cosy and spacious. If you have kids, there are many entertainments for them. I'm very satisfied and happy of my vacation!

The hotel looked fine, it was 2 minutes away from the beach (15-20min walk to the Kite bar). The parking spots were limited and the hotel was full so that caused us a little problem- we had to park our car outside the complex, near the driveway. The same problem we had with the pool too. There wasn’t enough sunbeds for the capacity of the hotel. There was a little shop in the hotel where you can buy only drinks, a few options of snacks and sunscreen. The closest supermarket is in Sozopol. There wasn’t a restaurant that offers a “la carte” menu nearby so we decided to pay for breakfast. The food was really poor quality and we barely ate anything and we are talking about 4 star hotel. There was something else that bothered me, when we checked in at the hotel nobody measured our body temperature like there was no Covid-19, they didn’t ask us where we came from and etc. But on the other hand at the restaurant the clients didn’t have access to the food, only the staff can give you food and drinks. In conclusion, I have to say the hotel is not worth the money. We picked this hotel so we can be away from the overly crowded Sozopol and near Gradina camping but we had problems like we were in Sozopol. :)

Its our second day here and we are so dissapointer. We are bulgarian family going ofter to hotels and this hotel is so far the worst! Mold everywhere and it smella bad. Our bed is so uncomfortable withsprings going out. My back hurts. Also, food is very cheap all is fried amd greasy. Alcohol is so cheap, in 3 litres bottles. You can eat icecream only after 14:00! The weittess made a comment on my 2 year old to not make a mess while eating watermelon... ( how is that possible, he is a kid, and i have picturs of her and the mess). On the beach there is just few unbrellas and its impossible to find free one is you go after breakfast. Do not stay here! Not worth it.

Very comfortable hotel, rooms are large and spotless with countless changes of towels etc the gardens and pool are very relaxing and only a short stroll to the beach beyond, but this beach rather dirty and not cleaned as in other resorts ie Nessebar but safe and gentle entry into the sea the short walk too from hotel to the st marina operated " noddy train" is a plus to get into old Sozopol town. only complaint was the food served from the buffet was warm and not piping hot, this is to cater more for the russian clientele. shame no microwave or hotel thinking about overall comfort of ALL its guest. On the whole a pleasant stay
