Absolutely adorable family hotel. Rooms are clean and big. Offers everything you can ask for during your holiday. We arrived late in the night, the owner( we found that the day after) gave us a room with astonishing sea view. The food is beautifully cooked. The service is so quick. The lady serving us makes you feel like home. The breakfast included in the price is freshly prepared in front of you and you can eat as much as you want. They won’t let you go hungry ! We will be definitely coming back. Also the cat that lives in the hotel garden makes you stay even better. See you again, Tom.

Worst breakfast and coffee. Lack òf parking space. I have never seen worse scrambled eggs and disorganised buffet anywhere else. Coffee is horrible mainly cause the machine is not maintained well and not properly cleaned which is a case almost in most cafes on the seaside. I called to book a room and was told they do not have one, so i booked it online which worked. Not sure why they said no, probably expected a foreigner which i technically am. Anyway there was no space for my car through the short stay so they sent me to a council parking which was not expensive but was further up the hill without even offering to pay for it since they have no space. On the last day i saw an empty space and went to park straight away only to see the owner unhappy face as they were waiting for "guests" as we were not such. Appalling experience. They are lucky it was packed everywhere so people are paying ridiculous money for this rooms. No pool, no parking, horrible breakfast what else do you need oh bed. Thats all it had anyway. No change of towels, soaps. Just bin changed. No thanks next time at no cost.

Rooms are nice and tidy. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is at good location. We had a wonderful time at this place, and I have been in a couple places over the years in Sozopol. The fact I bother to write a review for the first time says enough..

We were received just as we needed after a long trip, they are friendly and multilingual. From some of the rooms you can see the sea, beds are confortable with air-conditioning and wifi. It's close to the center but also far enough to reduce the noise and party music during the night. The breakfast could vary a little bit, but for the price, everythingnwas excellent. I'd return there.

Great location, very close to the center, just a couple of stairs far from the Old town. The staff welcomes you friendly and is at your disposal at any time during your stay. The breakfast is nice, pretty much everything essential you need for breakfast. Great sea view to the yacht port. I truly reccomend the place

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The room was clean and really peaceful with the best view! We stayed in a studio and was really spacious but also cheap. Breakfast was nice though we didn't have many choices. We didn't mind though. The hotel was accesible by car which was good but had no elevator so i wounldn't recomended it for people with disabilities. In overall it was really nice and peaceful and the owners were really helpful!

1. Breakfast was very poor 'buffet' if you can call so... only had ( some boiled sausages, watery scrambled egg, few pieces of cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, feta cheese, ham* salami*, watermelon, dry as rock croissants, dry bread and in egg fried toasts. Also, the cheapest tea and coffee. From 9 Nights I only went 2 times, on the first morning and after 3 days to check if it improved and my girlfriend only went once and left very very hungry. 2. Cleanliness. From our 9 nights stay only twice we had towels changed and 1 time bedding changed and that happened at first 3 days, for next 6 days they didn't do anything about changing towels or bedding, only tided up the bed and took rubbish out. Also doesn't top up soup or shampoo.Room has plenty of dust and spider nets (see attached pic). 3. Insects. Had spiders, ants and other insects coming in room all the time, especially ants, once i moved little kids bed and found many ants on the carpet. 4. Owners. This hotel belongs to a couple, man is very helpful and helped us out with blocked sink and UK to EU power adapter, but the woman is just looking for something to ask you money for. Example ( my girlfriend did henna tattoo and after it dried on her leg she went to sleep without washing it off so it left a stain on a blanket. After 3 days woman(owner of the hotel) came to us and asked for 50 Lev (25Euro) for blanket, saying that they can't wash it off so we have to pay them 50 Lev (25 Euro) and they will give that blanket to take with us. (If they would change bedding every day as other hotels always do then it would wash off straight away but because they didn't it's obvious that it would be hard to wash off. At the end we still didn't get the blanket probably because it did wash off... Also she hardly say good morning or hello, so isn't really friendly, instead just stares on you and gives that dirty look, that ruins all mood.

The view is nice (If you are lucky): I had to complain to get the sea view room which I have originally paid for. The staff don't speak English at all, which is not surprising in Bulgaria, however it makes communication very complicated. The room is okay, but not something you are looking forward to visit since the beds are super soft like they are there for a few decades and the shower is basically 5 cm far from the toilet where all your water flows... The hotel is up on a hill, by car it's hardly accessible, parking is almost impossible between the narrow streets. Ah yes, there is also a club nearby the hotel that is on all night long (even on Monday night).
