I have stayed in this hotel several times. With exception of the location and partially the view (from only a few of the rooms!) it is a big disappointment for the prices they charge. The staff is often to familiar if not rude. The rooms need full make over. In the mornings even the slightest movements are to be loudly heard so no chance to sleep in if you want to. To a certain extent this is not even a 2 stars hostel. But the prices are like for a 4 star hotel. I will not make advertisements for other hotels, but please check twice (or more :) before you book your stay here! From a regular Sozopol visitor.

We stayed for a week in this excellent hotel. It is located in the most romantic area of Sozopol in my opinion. We had a very nice, cozy and clean room with great view towards the sea, which was stunning. The breakfast is very nice too. The service was also very nice and very polite. We highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in a nice place in the Old Sozopol.

Amazing location, take a room with sea view! Small hotel, clean, friendly staff, good restaurant with quality food. Hand sanitizer in all access places. Many restaurants nearby. Located at 10 minutes by a pleasant walk to the Central beach. You can drive the car to the hotel, leave the luggage (it is free of charge 30 minutes) and then go back to the private parking in the harbor which costs 6 leva/day. Then, you walk to the hotel around 10 minutes. Wifi has bad connection. The bathrooms need a renovation.

Mansarda was great. The view was amazing. Friendly personal. The restaurant was ok too. Great for family vacation. Difficult for parking, but that applies for all the town hotels. Sometimes you can hear the sea birds during the night, but that amplifies the feeling. Definitely a good choice.

My partner and I booked our summer holiday at this hotel. The sea view was lovely, but our experience was marred by the treatment we received as a result of us reporting the broken toilet in our room. The hotel manager would come to fix it herself, clearly familiar with the problem, but it would break again within two or three flushes. On each occasion she made us feel that we were the issue, and became increasingly hostile over the course of our stay. On checkout we asked if we could seek any sort of compensation as, despite paying a substantial amount of money, we had not had a functioning toilet for the duration of our trip. She was outrageously rude in response and we were browbeaten into paying up and leaving. We were spoken to in a patronising manner and felt strongly that we were being taken advantage of as a young couple. We are always polite and would have been more than happy with some acknowledgement of the inconvenience or attempt to find a solution. We had looked forward to this holiday immensely and it was very disappointing to have our experience at the hotel dominated by such a minor issue.
