Langres is an interesting town for a stopover, but this hotel does not have much to offer, save a good location in the centre. Tired decor, and a not very good breakfast sums it up for me. Parking is around the back, and a good point for me that there was a covered area where I could park my bike.

I did read previous reviews so my expectations were low. On arrival it was difficult to see where to park and I had to go into the hotel to ask for help. Their limited English and my almost non existent French made it a bit tricky but we got there in the end. It would appear that you park according...

Great location, Very friendly and helpful staff, advised to park motor cycles in the shelter of the shed/barn located at the rear of the hotel for safety, really good food and clean rooms, made to feel very welcome

The town was chosen as it was halfway between ski ing holiday and Calais . Hotel was slightly shabby but very characterful: rooms were very clean and HUGE [after the ski ing apartment] We found it easily after journey from hell [snowmageddon- rain- lorries on hard shoulder and more snow] and parked outside the front door[ they do also have...

We didn't expect much and were not disappointed! Avoid unless price is a deciding factor. We had chosen Langres for its halfway home position after a week on the slopes. I can't fault the position of the hotel or Langres which is an historic fortified market town but is suffering big time - I guess through the departure of its...

Good location within the town, room and bathroom a little tired, handy to have on site parking although this can be a little chaotic at breakfast when people are leaving and trying to shuffle cars around. adequate for what it is which is a relatively cheap hotel - would stay again

The hotel room was pleasant, the bed comfortable and the evening meal enjoyable. Parking is provided at a charge of 4euros - first come, first served although we did manage to reserve a place in advance. The hotel is well situated for the centre of the town and all in all we found it a good venue for a stopover,...

This character hotel is in a building of more than 300 years old and is situated in the center of the beautiful city of Langres. I checked in too late for supper, but by French standards the breakfast was great. They even served scrambled eggs if you asked.

We booked this hotel for its central location.lt was our second choice as the Cheval Blanc was full. Although not by any means a luxury hotel (there is no air conditioning which could be a problem in summer), the annex rooms were adequate in size, although with rather small bathrooms with showers. Decoratons were a little chabby chic. Cleaned to...

We chose this hotel for it's central location and secure car park - it was very good for both. Our double room had another twin room attached and was very clean although the decoration was a little dated. The room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet with a comfortable bed. After reading other reviews on...
