This is our third visit here for a ski holiday, they are located next to the ski lift, no accommodation is closer. The accommodation is basic but very clean, the sofa beds are comfortable, the wifi is excellent if you pay for the upgrade and there is everything you could need for a week away. The reception staff are very...

This place looks OK from the outside but looks can be deceiiving. For a start, we arrived at 3 pm but had to wait until 5pm to check-in as reception was closed till then. The 'apartment' was clean but very dated and the bed is a sofa-bed and very uncomfortable. Further, one has to make the bed and cover the...

Older and dated buildings, fairly basic but clean and comfortable apartment, very close to ski lift and town centre, however parking in public car park could be problem when busy, Reception staff friendly and efficient, booking process was easy, fair value for money.

We stayed here for a week in Jan/Feb. We had stayed here the previous March and again it did not dissapoint. Reception staff speak English, the rooms are well furnished, have everything you could need including dishwasher tablets, clothes etc. You are supplied towels and bedding, we were driving so took our own. There are flat screen TV's, a free...

This is my first review ever. Today we arrived in Ax Les Thermes on a week that was scheduled to be in the upper 90's/ low 100's. The reception desk was open at very odd hours - waited to 5 pm. No air conditioning or fans are available or provided. The staff seemed unconcerned or unwilling to resolve the matter....

This was our first visit but having stayed in similar accommodation we opted to bring our own bedding, towels and toiletries. We were surprised by how clean the place was, there is a dishwasher, television, they provide cleaning products including 5 dishwasher tablets and a toilet roll, everything you need for your first night. I am sure the bedding would...

We stayed here for a 3 day skiing holiday. The location is great, right beside the gondolas taking you up to the top of the ski hill. The room was small, but practical. But not very clean, extremely dusty under the beds, dishes needed to be re-washed, etc. The biggest disappointment, was our tv didn't work & when we called...
