This is a good decent hotel, with a terrific staff which helps to make everything successful. The room is perfectly sized, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is fairly modern. Breakfast is a normal European type, with a surprised addition of cheesecake (I have to give it four-stars). There are two issues. One, if you've never been to the... More

Quiet, comfortable, and a beautiful location. Nestled in a glen surrounded by woods just down the hill behind the Landstuhl castle, this is a wonderful place to stay. No street or city noise; courteous staff; very comfortable and well-appointed rooms; cozy restaurant with a great breakfast; and a trail up the hill through the woods to the castle with a... More

Invited to celebrate personal matters, I did'nt hesitate a second to join my party to the famed Landstuhl Schloss-Hotel Restaurant. Excellent choice. If the hotel is a s good as the cusine ?... heaven! Around the centre piece fire place seating abounds even for larger parties, in case of which reservation is advisable. The menue is precise yet short, but... More

Excellent view and scenery. Price, 80 eur a night per person for a room is adequate. At the time (end of Sep 2016) we had trouble to get to hotel initially because of road construction in Landstuhl. Once you learn the route, no problems then. 5 min walk to Nanstein castle! Place for folks who look for tranquility and great... More

I stay here for temporary duty assignment, typically lasting a week. My stay here is always comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the facilities are nice, they have a steam sauna, bath, and relaxation room/ spa in the basement. The breakfast is ALWAYS good.

We had a room at the back of hotel and this was nice & quiet. No tea or coffee facilities but the beds very comfortable. Good size rooms and very clean. The bathroom had complimentary bath products and we had clean towels each day. It was a hot weekend and the rooms don't have air conditioning but there was a... More

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner is very nice and speaks English. The buffet on Sunday's is awesome. The rooms are great and the staff is very nice! The spa is great! A large outdoor hot tub and a large indoor steam room. You won't regret staying here.

Good hotel. Clean rooms. You need to take a very steep road to reach the hotel. The hotel lies quiet in the woods. Good breakfast and 2 restaurants to eat in together with a big terrace. There is also a bar with a big tv screen. Perfect to watch a sport event.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel with my daughter and her 16 member soccer team. The hosts were very accommodating to our group of sometimes slightly loud teens, and the location near town made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The rooms are unique, sort of like staying at a friend's house with heavy wood doors and... More
