We really liked this hotel with its independent 'chalets' etc. The initial disappointment was that it advertises itself as near Agia Pelagia - Agia Pelagia is about 45 minutes walk DOWNHILL (rather more uphill), and when you get there it's something of a massive disappointment.

This hotel, with its big, comfortable rooms and fabulous views is absolutely addictive. The staff are adorable, the buffet breakfast is delicious and the pool is wonderful. You couldn’t wish for a more pleasant place to stay.

Arrived late in the evening to a wonderful reception from George. We had been able to check in on-line prior to our departure to avoid paperwork on arrival. Had a nightcap at the bar, where we met Costas, before retiring. In the morning, breakfast was served by Dimitris,

Hi Sheila, it is walking distance to Ligaria beach (tiny pebbles beach), around 15 minutes, but it is up the hill. The view is worth it though. It is also walking distance to Agia Pelagia and the town beach (sandy beach), this beach is nowhere as beautiful as Ligaria beach, in my opinion. Nina
