Don't be put off by poor reviews. I think timing is key. We went at the end of September. The weather was still great, the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and attentive, the garden room accommodation was always clean and we had a lovely balcony over looking trees in the distance. There are robes and soaps etc. There...

Really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The room was clean and tidy, the resort itself was well looked after and it was lovely to walk around. The food was lovely although not a huge amount of choice. The only disappointing thing for us was the maids walked into our room three times. Once was just gone 8am and we...

My mum and I wanted a late beach holiday in mid Oct and hoped for some sun and nice food - and our expectations were exceeded in every way. We arrived around 9pm on 11/10/16 to the most wonderful warm welcome from the reception staff - and a beaming barman called Corstas arrived with a complimentary delicious drink - we...

Travelled with 2 teenagers, Husband and Mother in law (83yrs old) We booked 2 lifestyle Crystal energy suites and were very nervous on arrival as we hadn't paid much money for this hotel. On arrival our taxi was ushered past reception and we arrived at a different reception area. We were greeted by 2 members of staff, handed cold towels...

Upon arriving, the welcome at reception was quick and polite, and we were escorted to our room by an enthusiastic member of staff. We had booked a classic room with direct access to pool, which on first impressions looked simplistic, but clean and tidy. THEN, we stayed the night in it - broken extractor fan meant everything ended up covered...

This hotel caters to all different nationalities and does this well. Yes it's meant to be a five star but for Greece this offers good space and spacious rooms, for the price you pay! Plenty of sun beds at this time of year and quiet pools which suited me and my husband fine. The staff from the maids to the...

Currently staying at capsis. Worst stay ever. Not deserving the grade of hotel it has in current standing. Complained about broken features of a room - extractor fan not working, live plug which comes away from wall - which after 3 complaints over 3 days, am upgraded to a room with balcony doors that blow in constantly. Have had no...

Stayed here for 10 days - until October 10th 2016. As mentioned elsewhere - main reception area of the hotel complex is very impressive - marble and genuine antiques everywhere. We were upgraded to a one bedroomed suite near to reception, so we were very well located. Our apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We had an abundance of...

We spent 5 nights at Out of the Blue, we arrived very late in the evening and upon check in were whisked off in a golf buggy to the Red Pepper restaurant for a cold plate which was a very welcome touch after a long day.
