Pros: - clean rooms, cleaners do a thorough job at cleaning the rooms & clean hotel all round - Nice location for the hotel - Offer free shuttles to the beach and small price shuttle to Heraklion - Reception are friendly and helpful - Good Covid restrictions Cons: - On the first night me and my partner went to dinner and had the mince beef, the next day we we couldn’t leave the room because we had to be near a toilet! - Food selection isn’t amazing, we ended up paying more to eat out in local restaurants instead. - Everything is at a price, you have to buy towels for the sunbeds, you have to pay €20 non refundable for use of the safe, pay for WiFi in the rooms & pay extra for a lot of drinks such as the classic cocktails - We saw an employee having a cigarette inside the restaurant by the food when dinner service had finished - At check in reception couldn’t find our booking so we had dinner while waiting, Our room didn’t match the photos online but it was still good - Have to buy bottled water - No gym - Big sewerage smell problem by the other pool

We’ve spent a week here and the hotel itself was very nice and clean. There were a few bad things although. First of all the closing of the pools at 6pm is quite unfortunate for a resort like this especially the reasoning behind it (due to there is no lifeguard on duty even tho there is no lifeguard on duty anyway during the day, meaning the back pool, should be allowed on your own responsibility). The food was alright, but nothing amazing, which is understandable for all inclusive. The biggest downside though was the amount of plastic this hotel produces. Drinks being served mostly in plastic cups and usage of the plastic gloves (this one perhaps kinda ok due to the COVID pandemic), I believe that resort of this scale could afford using regular glass. For such a beautiful country with such an amazing nature is kinda sad to produce this much waste in the long run. Last thing were the sun beds. We understand that the staff don’t want to deal with tourists and possibly cause any issues or drama, but they should enforce the rule of not reserving the sun beds(with towels) a bit more. Some of them being reserved for a whole week by the same people. Not much of an issue for us as we spent most of the time traveling and on the beach, but might be annoying for others. The staff was very friendly and nice though. Overall very nice place apart from these things. We had a good time.

We have spent our 5th holiday in this hotel, it's always great there. The rooms are clean, the entertainment is brilliant, and the food is good. Greetings for Irene at the reception, for Charlene and Aris in the bar, and Mr. Max
