This hotel is amazing. The people who slate this hotel must me people who are never satisfied. Rena at reception gave us the best warmest welcome after remembering us from 6 years previously. What a lovely lady. Kostas on the bar during the day was also most welcoming and gave us a great history of the Greeks which we found...

PLEASE DO NOT listen to these negative reviews of this hotel. There is a vast choice of food to suit all tastes, always something that the children will eat. Beautiful views from the...

It advises clearly the differences between type of room, what is and...

After asking multiple times for room they finally after an hour showed us our room...the room had NOT been cleaned and...

Just back from a 1 week all inclusive stay at the Panorama. Great hotel with amazing views. The all inclusive food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. My partner and I chose to pay an extra €35 for a sea view room upgrade away from the main pool and bar. Definitely worth doing. The 700+...

Upon arrival at the hotel we were told to go and get lunch as it would be finishing in half an hour. We went downstairs and it had already been packed away. We went back up and told the woman on reception this and even she was surprised they had started packing up already. We were then informed it was...
