Located just outside Imerovigli, on the walking trail between the two main towns, perched high on the hillside with great views across the Caldera. The restaurant serves a comprehensive breakfast buffet, and an available chef prepares eggs and pancakes. We had dinner in the restaurant and ordered room service, the food was perfect. Overall, the room and amenities were pretty good, wasn’t prepared for using the bathroom garbage can for ALL toilet paper used, but I think this happens all over the island due to septic/sewer challenges. The spa offers a good range of treatments, and the couples’ massage, facial and reflexology treatments we really enjoyed. They have a heated pool, and the sunset views were amazing. Repeating other reviews already posted, the real gem of this hotel is its staff. They are friendly, attentive, they really do go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. A great place, highly recommend!

Such an amazing stay! We could not fault this hotel. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay special, particularly the reception ladies who were super friendly and recommended and booked all our activities and restaurants. They also put balloons in our room and made a cake for my partners birthday :). We have stayed at many 5* hotels as we love to travel and this is the best service we have received! Thank you, you really made our stay! The bar manager as well made us some really great smoothies for us everyday which were amazing! Views were absolutely beautiful (we thought the best on the island) and the location is perfect to access Oia and Fira. The hotel have their own taxi/transfer service which was really handy and reasonably priced which made it a lot easier and stress free to get around.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 evenings. Outstanding level of service - comparable to the best resorts in the Caribbean. Beautiful location and staff were full of good ideas aside from the beat track. Nothing was too much to ask and every request was catered for. All of front of house were exceptional as were the restaurant staff. Paul, who hosted us regularly for food and drink, is a future star of the hospitality industry.

We stayed at the Santorini Princess for 5 nights, chosen by our travel agent. It is set in Imerovigli which is approx. an hour and half walk over the mountains to Oia and in the opposite direction about 40 minutes’ walk through Imerovigli to Fira the capital (party/bar scene). This hotel is just outside Imerovigli, very quiet but on the main walk way between the two main towns, it is perfect with great views out across the Caldera as perched high on the hillside. You would have to either walk or take their shuttle for a livelier night life; we loved the quietness of the location and to choose if we want more than that. The hotel is stunning, very white, quite small, personal and quaint, the restaurant is on the upper level with big windows that open up completely and the view is phenomenal. The food and drinks were fabulous with a great menu choice, we ate out a few times but wished we had had every meal at the hotel as it wasn’t too much in terms of over eating, the prices were extremely reasonable and totally delicious, the staff were attentive and always on hand to help, all had excellent customer service skills, the hotel manager was out and about all day every day asking if all his guests were happy, he chatted to everyone he saw, we have never had that before so that was a lovely touch. Breakfast was a lovely pleasant experience, good choice of foods for a small hotel with a gent making fresh omelettes and pancakes, Can any have sort of coffee/tea, freshly squeezed orange juice. A few times we ordered drinks and they were ‘on the house’ we were amazed. Nice pool area and the heating had just been turned on when we arrived so was very pleasant temperature all week, comfy sunbeds, never had to run to get a good one, always available, clean towels on them every day so no need to carry your own around. Great service of food and drinks around the pool too. Amazing views from all areas and from our room too (22) will definitely ask for this when we go again as it has outside dining table and bench on the terrace it also has two bathrooms and 2 shower/toilets. We were given room 22 which is next to last on the block which was at road level. Beautiful entrance with a terrace, 4 seat dining table and bench with cushions, living area with another dining table and sofa, 2 bedrooms both ensuite. Nice toiletries from ‘The White Room’ plenty of towels, hairdryer and safe with private key. The double bed was comfy, pillows were sooo soft and the cover was like a weighted blanket, I thought was amazing as I slept very well, explained this to the assistant hotel manager and she offered me one to take home! Double wardrobe in each bedroom so we used both as storage for clothes, would probably be tight for a couple in one room; The minibar was well stocked and large bottles of water available for $1 euro. No kettle or coffee making facilities and when asked it is due to covid, had this before in Mykonos so seems to be a theme. Large TV in living room and both bedrooms but only showing news channels and no music but this was ok as played music off the phone and wasn’t there to watch TV. Overall the room and amenities in there were fabulous. Room service for food and drinks did not have a charge. The Spa is the most reasonably priced I have ever seen anywhere, waxing starting from 7 euros to pedicures from 35, massages from 40 euros to 240 for a couples 90 minute session together. The spa can also be used to get ready if have to be out of room and late flight. Small touches made this fantastic hotel very personable and the staff were so genuine in their approach to everyone, they really did seem to care. One night it was chilly and I was sat outside on our terrace with a towel on my legs, someone must have noticed as the hotel Assistant manager, Georgia, bought me a blanket. Were also left 2 small gifts to take home, a fridge magnet and a picture on an easel! Georgia also took us on a small hotel photo opportunity whilst awaiting our transfer to airport. The management and reception saw each and every one of its clientele off personally, this Hotel is amazing and the people who work there are too, when we return we are definitely staying here as is the perfect place in our opinion in terms of location, treatment, size and overall fabulousness!

Nice hotel. I'm starting with the positive part - The hotel manager should give a raise to his employees. The staff was stunning at levels I had not encountered elsewhere. They waited for us outside the hotel to greet us, were smiling and nice and always happy to help. In addition the hotel has a lovely view from the pool and dining room. On the other hand- I personally did not like the room. Although we were supposedly upgraded, we got a room I did not like (the bed was on the gallery floor). Plus the food was not particularly good, and has been priced at an unreasonable level. The highlight was that we ordered a room service of a Greek salad -and what we got (and I’m not exaggerating) some cherry tomatoes, a few pieces of olives, some onions, a few slices of cucumber. That's it, salad. Along with it came one chunk of feta cheese that was coated in sesame seeds (and it was very tasty). The salad cost 15 euros! It was not a salad, it really was tiny !!!! Plus without us asking for, we got one pita that was into 4 parts, we thought it was at least one part from the dish so that it is possible to have abundance from it, but no - without us asking we were charged another 2 euros. To me it is insulting. The hotel's rating does not reach the 5 star hotel in TripAdvisor.
