The hotel gave us an upgrade to the honeymoon suite on the first night, the room was beautiful and had an infinity pool. They also gave us a few free drinks. The next day we moved to a room with a hot tub. The views from both rooms were amazing. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to ensure a pleasant stay. The food in the restaurant was nice, however one day we ordered room service whilst the chef wasn't in and that tasted very poor. Everything else was perfect.
We have just returned from our honeymoon, and we have had a fantastic time at Pegasus Suites. Firstly, this place is all about the view. Not many places in the world make you feel like you’re in a picture, but standing by the pool or on our balcony, it was possibly one of the most stunning feelings I’ve had on my travels. Every morning when you open your door, the view hits you and it’s wonderful. The rest of the hotel is fantastic. It was immaculately clean, and had a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The pool (whilst freezing cold, but it was the end of September) area is lovely, with the comfiest sun lounges I’ve experienced. There is gentle pool music from the bar (which serves fantastic cocktails, thank you Alex) which adds to the ambiance, but it never felt busy or crowded. It was tranquil. The spa offered a range of treatments, but perhaps could have done with some relaxing music and some relaxing scents - it did feel a bit clinical in there, however the massages themselves were excellent. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of hot and cold food, which changed on a daily basis. There was also champagne if you wanted it, and the waiting staff always remembered our coffee order (thank you, John). The reception staff were all lovely too, and always polite, friendly and helpful. They booked us on to a sailing boat tour with Santorini Sail (massively recommended) and also a winery tour, and they made our stay feel very special. I must mention that when we arrived, there was a problem with our booking and we had to go in to different room (an upgrade) for the first night. This was kind of nice (it had a private pool), but also a bit of an inconvenience as it meant we needed to pack on our second day to move. However, these things do happen from time to time, and the hotel gave us two free massages and a bottle of champagne with a cheese and meat platter by way of an apology. This was very generous of them. Obviously, there are lots of steps, but it’s Santorini at the end of the day. All in all, this was a fantastic hotel and an absolute hit for us. We loved it and would absolutely return.…
We stayed at the Pegasus for 10 days and we can not say enough how beautiful the views are and the rooms we so nice. The staff has been so exceptional with the service and kindness. They want to get to know you and they love telling there story of there families they are so proud of. The most exceptional service came from our friend JOHN who waited on us every morning for breakfast and we enjoyed our conversations each day. He is truly a wonderful person and a true professional that loves his job. My wife and I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful vacation and we look forward to returning to Santorini and the Pegasus Suites. I highly recommend suite 109 private, great views and the hot tub!
Amazing stay. Brilliant location and staff. Got a complimentary upgrade which we are very grateful for. The spa was great and the masseuse was extremely good The staff, bell boys and the restaurant staff, cleaners - all are extremely polite and friendly and helpful. Car park is very handy and amazing views. Cannot go wrong with this choice. Will be back.
Stayed 4 nights at Pegasus Suites with my daughter. Could not fault the hotel, amenities, location and staff. It was perfect in every aspect. Hotel was so clean, we had a super suite with terrace (room 117). Breakfast choice was excellent and John and his team were super helpful. Pool area and sunbeds were great. Pool bar was lovely with good choice of drinks and bar snacks. Reception staff were so kind and helpful. Sunsets were amazing. Views were awesome. Location is great. not far from Firostefani and Imerovigli. Some great restaurants within a short walk and a great cocktail bar (the Windmill one) in Firostefani. Would highly recommend and would definitely love to visit again.
