We had a superior double room for a week. The room, which included a bathroom and mini kitchen, was clean and smart, like the hotel itself. The snack bar served breakfast and food until 5pm, though as they didn't have oat milk or granola I bought my own down each morning. We had a pleasant stay, and the staff were courteous and professional. My only issues were that the bedding was inadequate - a tiny oversheet that wasn't big enough to tuck in and stay in place whilst one slept (and oddly, a duvet in the wardrobe that had no duvet cover!) - and blue towels that smelled. Replacement towels came with the daily cleaning service, but they smelled identical. Airing them on the balcony helped. The hotel is also quite high up so we got a lot of exercise climbing up the steps each evening from the bay area. We could have had taxis though, for a few euros. All in all, if the hotel were to sort out the few niggles, they would earn the four star rating they believe they deserve.…

Also, if you had requested oat milk, you would have also had it, since we do not usually have a lot of stock so that our customers have the freshest possible products, because not all of them request oat milk for breakfast. Very nice located hotel with beautiful views of the whole of Puerto Rico. The hotel is not big, clean and intimate. Two jacuzzis, including one on the roof, are a big plus. Hotel only for adults so who appreciates peace and quiet, I recommend going there. a bit far from places where there are parties or clubs

We were booked in the Yaizasol. Unfortunately my partner hurt her knee a few days before we were due to travel and was on crutches.. This meant that the lack of a lift in this block was a major problem. However the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us and moved us to the Nachosol in a room next to the lift. So, although our stay was a bit restricted to the hotel during the day, and taxis during the evening, we couldn't have wished for a better place to get cabin fever! All the staff are very friendly. But a special shout out to the lovely Aishsa for all her help all week. Would definitely return under more 'mobile' circumstances

Had a great time at the hotel, lovely and clean. Fantastic solarium with hot tub and great views of the resort, would be good if it had a bottle bar so you didn't have to go down to the bar.(Me being a bit lazy).Breakfast great, evening meal lovely but alittle limited. Would definitely return.

This was our third stay in this hotel and we had another great stay. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, good breakfast and plenty of choice. We dined in the hotel one evening for an Italian meal and the food was excellent. Lovely pool and the solarium on the roof was great. Breakfast staff, reception and housekeeping so friendly and helpful, thanks.

We stayed at Yaizasol apartments advertised by love holidays as 4 star but they are 3 star. The apartment was clean though the bathroom was very small, be wary of Hoppa transfers that drop you at the bottom of a hill. That aside the staff were great, the areas for sunbathing on the top floor were lovely with a spa pool, I would return but probably to the hotel. 10 minute walk to bars etc

Our Hotel Nachosol Atlántico is a four-star hotel, but the Yaizasol Apartment, as you say, is a three-star. At our reception we can organize a transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa that will bring you to the door of the hotel and pick you up at the door of the hotel, but if the service you hired left you at the bottom of the street, that is not our fault and we cannot do anything about it since it depends on the company that does it for you the service. We had a wonderful time at this hotel ( we have just arrived home). Firstly all staff are amazing, friendly, happy to help you no matter what time of the day and night. The hotel is very contemporary and spotlessly clean with every thing The location is high up, but you have the option to use the steps, walk down the road side ( with no steps) or jump in a taxi for only 3.15 Euros. We travelled with Love holidays and private transfer, which albeit the first time we have used this company, we really couldn’t fault them. Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time and will be returning, a huge thank you everyone at IG Nachosol Atlantic and Yiazasol by Servatur.

We stayed in the apartments .Half board. It’s obviously been renovated, it’s spotless. All around the apartments and hotel . Brian and saida are very hard working and friendly. Yes there are a lot of steps to go up and down to the main area, this wasn’t a problem for us because we like to keep fit. The beaches are lovely walk round to Amadores beach about 20 minutes walk and another one past this is used by the Spanish which is also lovely. Anfi beach the other way is also nice I think you have to get a taxi to. Nice shops and restaurants. Our last 3 night were spoilt by loud neighbour coming back at 1.30 in the morning drunk ! They left their main light on too which shines through our door. You must take a water taxi to Mogán. It’s beautiful. All in all nice break away Maybe it would be nice to see a manager around making sure everyone is happy? Just a tip to the hotel . …

We had a great stay at this excellent hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was first class. Our room was very spacious with a large balcony. it has a nice pool with plenty of sunbeds available. Alot of steps down to the beach / town but it was good exercise for us.
