Been going for many years but now the entertainment has moved to the sister hotel UP the road and prices are becoming very high whichever way you go be it via a holiday company or independent, seen the % rise here much higher than other holidays that we take as regular travellers

Good size rooms , although no air conditioning so could be a bit hot in the hotter months as there can be a bit of noise from the pubs etc so we couldn’t open window/ door overnight. Staff very helpful and polite.

Hotel in great location close to all pubs,resteraunts etc.The hotel basic and clean and staff very friendly and helpful.The hotel like all in puerto rico is at top of hill so plenty steps and banks but location for everything make the hills worth it and you get fitter😀would defo go back.

Great base for puerto rico. Youtube 'yorkshireman droning on' to see my drone footage of this lovely hotel. Great views from the rooms and always a great sunset. Staff polite and friendly. Centre is family friendly too.

Great location for all Peurto Rico has to offer. Hotel is cleaned beautifully by a lovely team of cleaners. Rooms are just what we needed. Only fault in our opinion was that the beds were too hard. A topper would solve this. Had a lovely 10 night stay, we would stay again despite the beds.

booked a quick holiday last minute for 17days the place is very clean and staff very helpful bar and food a bit expensive for what it is but my biggest hate is sunbeds if you want one you need to be up just after they have moped round the pool even though the sun doesn't come round till about 12ish and towels are left on most of the day sometime the lifts can be troublesome and as we both have mobility problems it was a pain using the stairs towels every other day depending which maid cleaned your room beds changed twice a week this maybe different in the summer months

Going to do this review as quickly as I can, Hotel rooms basic but perfectly adequate, toaster, coffee m/c kettle, two ring hob. Only used the kettle as we ate out all the time, bathroom needs a bit of tlc but shower was powerful and always hot water. Towels only changed twice in the week but again I personally had no problem with this same with the maid service. Balcony large with fantastic views of the marina and sea and got the sun from about 10am ish. Bedroom and living area both had patio doors opening onto balcony, Bedroom consists of two single beds even though I requested a double bed but apparently none of the hotels at this price range provide double beds. Staff super friendly although we had very little interaction with them as we went to the beach every day as the pool area is tiny. Beach is only 7 minutes away ( I timed it lol ) bars shops and entertainment even closer. Like other reviews this hotel doesn't have air conditioning and the noise from the bars is quite noticeable, again this didn't bother us because of the time of year we travelled but I can see how this could be a problem in summer especially if you have to leave the patio doors open. All in all I had a fantastic stay but it wouldn't be for everyone especially the 91 steps down to the bars and restaurants, ok going down, different story going back lol. All I can say is I tried to book it for next year but couldn't get it, draw your own conclusions from that.…

Nice hotel good location few stairs too climb but we knew that when we booked nice and clean good size balcony good pool area a nice little shop and bar .the beach was a 10 minute walk and the shops and bars and restaurants the same clean towels every day rooms cleaned

The hotel is located up a hill, which at first seems a bit alarming, but the road down and the steps are very quick to get to the front. The hotel was very clean, rooms were cleaned everyday fresh towels, the staff were very polite especially on reception. The pool area was nice and the bar area. Not to busy and fantastic views, the terraces in room are brilliant very big and the views are great you can see the sea from one side and the shopping centre from the other. Will definitely return to this hotel

Very clean rooms, friendly host and hotel was on good location with beautiful few. Big balconys (sunlight from 12 pm to sunset) Only things I did miss was full blackout curtains for bedroom and little bit more privacy for balconies. Still 4.9/5 stars.
