We are Here at the moment Apartment is spacious with a very large balcony (pay for the upgrade), 2 sun loungers a table and 2 chairs all very modern. , rooftop pool again all modern loungers and 2 Balinesa four poster beds in back. Views are of the marina and are stunning (see picks), These are self catering apartments your kitchen has 2 rings , toaster, kettle, fridge, Aircon and a large shower/toilet with double his and hers sink/basins, there’s no bar or restaurant but your 10 mins downhill walk to all the biz Puerto Rico has to offer. (Get a taxi back €4) large security door at front and 3/4 reception staff do different shifts so always someone about to ask for anything,there very accommodating especially Jesus (hajuice). The hard working Maids come in every day except Sunday. Fresh towels ect. Also beach towels available @ €10 refundable deposit each and you can change for fresh ones every day if needed. Hi I'm due to arrive 19/04/23 at around 1:30 am. what is the process for check in. I've been told we will have to check in at the hotel but our transfer is dropping us at the apartments. Do you provide a taxi to take us to check in and back to the apartment as its a 17 minute walk and seems like a lot of messing about so early in the morning?? Many Thanks Aimee

If your transfer drops you off at Nachosol Premium our staff at the hotel reception will send a taxi to pick you up to check you in and take you back to your room at the hotel's expense. We got a ”wordrobe dark cave” beside the stairs, no terrasse and the room smelled like a swimmingpool. For more than 200 € for one Night. Not quiete what the special offer on internet presentaded. If you want to be REAL disapointet and feel you got robbed, chose an offer from this hotel.

Dear Carl Henrik Thank you for choosing IG Hotels to enjoy your overnight stay with us. We would like to remind you that you made your reservation in our flats the same day of your arrival and as usual in these cases, the price is usually higher as it is a last minute reservation for one night only. You made your reservation at 10:36 am and we automatically sent you a message through the website where you made your reservation advising you that you had booked a apartment without a terrace, in fact your room should have been located on the first floor but you were assigned a room that is not marketed as a premium studio (which is what you booked) as it has a small outdoor space with a table and two chairs on the third floor. We are sorry it was not what you expected but it was not the fault of the hotel but rather that you booked the first and cheapest option you could find as it was high season on our islands and it was quite difficult to find accommodation for one night. Although we know that you do not wish to visit us again, if you change your mind and wish to return to the same flats, please book a premium sea view studio with terrace or contact us directly and we will be happy to inform you of the types of rooms we have available. We have recently stayed here for 14 nights, this being our second visit, and we have booked already for next September for 14 nights. There are pro’s and con’s to staying in these apartments but regardless it will not stop us from coming here. Pro’s Amazing views Air con is fantastic Apartment facilities excellent Own terrace with beds, table and chairs Pool is amazing with sun all day Con’s Needs a deep clean Not as well kept as Nachosol Atlantic (feels forgotten about) Pillows and mattresses need replacing (we had to buy our own pillow) Can sometimes feel like a half way house, in one week we had 4 sets of neighbours one side and 5 the other. The main thing is definitely in need of a receptionist and security out of hours, as one night there was trouble and we had to call Atlantic as a couple were causing damage round the pool area and had to be removed from the property and another night people partying round the pool area above well into the night, not the relaxing apartments advertised and it shouldn’t be up to the guests to ring and be asked if police should be called. But saying all this, these are small things which can be easily ironed out by the management and this will not stop us returning next year, and hopefully these minor problems will be sorted.…

Couldn't fault these apparments,do your homework and take time to look what room your booking. Some have no balcony, some do, we made this mistake and had to pay to upgrade to a terrace.the apartments are lovley,modern and very clean, Fresh towels everyday. Lots of steps leading to the entrance of the hotel. But look around you ,there all the same, puerto rico is all steps unless you're stopping at the bottom of the resort. Taxis are plenty full, make sure you point in the air in the direction of the hotel when talking to the taxi driver, because every taxi driver took us to the wrong apartments, Taxis from the commercial center is about 3 to 4 euro. Make sure you account for this, because you won't be walking up !! , hade some great food in the commercial center, some one recommended ( bubbles) Wasn't impressed at all, Try the one facing bubbles, Amazing! We went 3 times. I tried the mixed grill,delicious. I tried the t bone one night and it was bigger than a dog ! 2 mains,one pudding (not me) And drinks 35 euro,bargin. There's a new restaurant opened called the carvery Beef,chicken,pork,lamb,and as much fresh vegetables as you can eat. 15 euro.😉 enjoy. …

In our Nachosol Premium Apartments there are two types of rooms, the STUDIO PREMIUM and the STUDIO PREMIUM SEA VIEW WITH TERRACE and it depends on the option that the client chooses the type of room that is assigned but whenever there is availability to change we offer the upgrade for the difference in price from one type to another. All or most of the hotels and flats in Puerto Rico are located on the hill of one of the two mountains so most can be reached by car, taxi or by the stairs, it depends on the individual. Apartments are fantastic, just don’t chose the budget room there’s no balcony / terrace and you need one. The views are amazing. All the facilities are great, quiet pool, not to cold not to warm, just right. Location is not to far from nightlife but just enough to be quiet later on, however if you struggle walking up / down steps then it’s not for you, saying that the resorts not for you. We loved it and didn’t want to leave.

Bit daunting trying to get in as attendant wasn’t in office and very tired. On entrance to apartment exactly as described. Lovely apartments with basic needs. No toaster as described but sure they would have supplied one if we asked. Comfy beds. Wine glasses supplied which is great and proper mugs.Pillows a bit lumpy but requested an extra pillow no problem. Hairdryer. Lovely towels and great cleaning staff. These are beautiful apartment with pool on top which we didn’t use. Safe €20 for week. Air conditioning included. Lovely shower. All good. Only problem is the steps and I’m talking a hell of a lot to get to the beach and back. If you are unfit of in any way unable to walk far this is not the one for you. Beach from apartments looks near but there are many many sets to climb. Taxi 3-4€ so good. Taxi from airport if no package holiday €70 each way !.…

We´re pleased to read that you enjoyed the apartment, our comfortable beds and all our equipment. As you mention, we have toasters available for all our guests. And our pool on the top of the builiding has some beautiful and unique views of the sea and Puerto Rico. Regarding arrivals in IG Nachosol Premium, we advertise in all our channels that the opening times in our reception are limited, however, our reception in IG Nachosol Atlantic & Yaizasol is open 24h so it´s easy to get in touch with us. Please note that a private transfer to the airport can be arranged with the reception, the cost is only 55€ each way. Thank you for mentioning our wonderful cleaning staff, your kind words will make them very happy. Due to our location, we have great sea views and we´re relatively close to all the main areas in Puerto Rico. The day before arriving we became a mail that we had no terrace. Indeed, we have no terrace but stairs in front of our front door. Not only we can not sit outside, we also have to close the curtains 24/7 because everone needs the stairs. . . In the descriptie of the appartements you read "terrace". When you are unfortunaid like us, you won't get it and you sit in the dark 24/7

We would like to clarify that there are two types of rooms in IG Nachosol Premium by Servatur: -One Bedroom Premium Apartment -One Bedroom Premium Apartment with terrace. You have booked “One Bedroom Premium Apartment”. Therefore, it has no terrace. The rooms that have a terrace should be mentioned “with terrace”. Moreover, in the description of the room that you have booked “One Bedroom Premium Apartment” does not appear with terrace. When a customer selects this type of room (One Bedroom Premium Apartment), no photo with terrace appears in the photos of that selected room. However, if you select “One Bedroom Premium Apartment with terrace” you can see photos with terrace. We did not have availability for a room with a terrace during your stay to offer you an upgrade but your reservation was without terrace. It is a pity to read that you have not enjoyed your stay with us. If you book with us again, we will be happy to advise you which is the best room that suits your needs. We stayed here the week before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our break. The apartment and hotel were spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly, especially the breakfast waitress Maria and Miriam on reception. The hotel is ideal for beach, commercial centre and the new Mogan Mall shopping complex.
