When we first arrived we thought the complex looked lovely. Our apartment was right beside the pool and opposite the shop so it was very handy. When we entered the apartment there was a very strong smell of damp and all the bed clothes were damp also. The shower upstairs did not work and the shower downstairs (if you could...

We stayed at the Las Adelfas complex in April this year, we could not fault the apartments they were spotless clean and the pool area was brillant there is four pools but the one just outside our apartment was just big enough. The area is quite but if you just want to relax and do nothing its ideal there is...

I am lost for words!!! This is the worst place i have ever stayed in. Where do I start, on arrival, tacky, paint peeling of the walls, worst of all the smell of damp as you walked up the path to the apartment was enough to make you run!! Door of apartment needing a good paint, whole complex totally and...

Stayed at Las Adelphas and thought it was great, the planes fly low overhead but more of a novelty than a problem, we are staying there again from 1st June 05 and really looking forward to it, Lovely Pools and appartments. All the staff are helpfull and friendly. local amenities are good. Local transport is good but the hire cars...

Stayed as Las Adelfas with family of small children. Kids pool is safe and a lifeguard is in attentance all day. The layout of the development is lovely with beauiful trees and flowers. Airplanes come over head but we found it a great novelty for the kids. Only one night was bad that being Friday otherwise we found it no...

Accom in Golf del Sur is very good. However, BEWARE, if you are staying at the Las Adelfas II complex, it is DIRECTLY under the flight path to Tenerife airport. It is EXTREMELY noisy, Friday night/Saturday morning being the worst with almost constant flights passing 200 metres above the villas. They are so low you can count the rivets on...

I visited the hotel 2 years ago with my family - the kids were then 12 and 13 - we stayed 2 weeks. The accommodation was great, the pools superb and the restaurants excellent. The big problem was the incessant aircraft noise - the aircraft were incredibly low and frequent - there was no escape. If you are thinking of...

first time visit to Tenerife, last minute booking, so went with no expectations. we were aware of the proximity to the airport so no surprises at the low flying aircraft every 10 minutes. Las Adelfas was quiet, familyoriented with excellent facilities. Car hire is essential as not much to do in the resort, but if you`re loking for a low...
