I stayed overnight at the hotel to be ready to meet family for a day of Christmas treats with young grandchildren. The hotel is easy to find and parking is plentiful. It is on the site of all the Wookey attractions so once there you are central. The double room on the first floor (lifts available) was spacious and clean,...

Little out of the way for mainstream stays but great if you are passing by or visiting the attraction. Arrived after midnight and received a good welcome. Room clean and very functional. Great breakfast but you have to book in advance

Stayed last year end Nov. just the two of us but felt we should come again with the family 13 of us plus visit for drinks from 4 family members who live in the village. Wonderful occasion. Staff friendly and service good. Lovely Father Christmas. Rooms fine.

Our check in went smoothly, just had some problems finding it due to not being used to the area. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but it seems like a good place to take families. They have cave systems and activities for all ages.

I have stayed here on 2 occasions now, the first time I was in a ground floor room. Do not recommend if it's school holidays, and your working, the banging is a little loud, on second visit I requested upstairs room, this made my stay much more enjoyable. Other than that, a nice friendly place

Normally use Premier Inn but due to the lack of available room I had a search and found this as a favourite. Was a little sceptical at first, but this was soon decided when I arrived to find a very modern up to date hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are very similar to a standard Premier Inn but...

After staying several times at the hotel, I will not be staying again. The atmosphere has changed gone are the happy friendly staff, to be replaced by clueless, rude management and very obvious cost cutting exercises. Squeezed in at breakfast tables so close Santa couldn't get round, over priced food at the restaurant, only able to use the facilities for...

After visiting this venue several times, we are sadden to find certain aspects have changed eg eating venues and being having to be let in and out of the evening entertainment venue. Saying that certain staff members were very helpful and friendly in particular Debbie basically keeps the place going,

Excellent hotel. Room large and spotlessly clean, bed beautifully comfortable. Stayed here for business reasons, but will return for leisure. Wookey Hole is a lovely destination would love to have had time to explore but certainly will in future.
