Stayed here on a Friday night. Hotel staff are excellent and so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was lovely and all the restaurant staff were just as nice. We had a family room which has was adequate. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a travelodge type feel to it ( apart from the witch themed curtains!). We found the...

We were lucky enough to stay in the new lodges on a hill overlooking the hotel itself. They were fantastic clean modern and kitted out with everything you could need! Hot tub was clean and great to come back to after a day of exploring nearby sites! Would recommend to anybody seeking a relaxing luxury break x

To pay £85 ( which didn't include meals .. Not even a biscuit on the tea tray ) for a single person , felt it was way toooo expensive. Room itself could have looked a bit more friendlier , white walls with no pictures , very impersonal ..,

The staff are friendly enough but the room we were in is fairly basic. We wanted a twin and for some reason got the disabled room which had an enormous bathroom which smelt of mould. There was no temperature control and as it was a hot evening we had the window open which meant listening to the a/c units outside....

Clean comfortable rooms with plenty if space. Quirky witch theme from the witch statue at the door to the motif on curtains & carpet. Food good. Very close to caves & amusements. Good value for money. Close to Cheddar gorge, Wells & Glastonbury.

Large, clean, quiet room. WiFi was a bit intermittent, but did work. We stayed here for Priddy folk festival- very convenient. Good value for price we paid. Staff were not particularly friendly but were efficient.

We stayed here as we were visiting wookey hole attraction which is literally across the road so very handy. A modern hotel from the outside but extremely basic inside. It is a budget hotel so I'm not expecting luxury but I compare it to Premier Inn which we stay in from time to time and this is much worse. The...

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are a good size and very clean. I will definitely be going back and may even try the lodges behind the hotel next as they look wonderful. This hotel is perfect for a short break whilst visiting the Wookey hole caves which is a must, some nice local pubs and restaurants nearby...

Stayed in a new lodge for the weekend and it ticked all the boxes. Well kitted out with everything you could ever need, tastefully furnished with a huge decked area to sit outside and plenty of space for the kids to play. Views, nature R&R in abundance. Hot tub was fun and really well maintained with someone coming every day...
