Lovely room with fabulous large roll top bath and fantastic locally sourced breakfast, we both really enjoyed our stay. Louise couldn't have been more helpful with recommending where to head to for our evening meal.

This is an excellent comfortable and interesting place to stay. Spotlessly clean and owners pleasant and accommodating. Being able to buy freshly made bread, fresh eggs and flour was a bonus. Loft Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Excellent response to specific request regarding bedding. The Pheasant Inn just a 10 minute walk serves excellent quality food.

Just returned from a three night stay at Burcott Mill and couldn't be more pleased that we stayed there, Louise and Steve were very friendly and welcoming, lovely tea trays in the room with biscuits provided and wonderfully cooked breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals and toast made from their own bread, altogether a lovely place to stay.

The Mill is an excellent B&B the room we had was formerly the old Mill office which is attached to the main house-it was very clean with all the amenities you'd expect-it was very roomy too so you weren't squashed up.The breakfast was fullsome and hearty and cooked to perfection with locally sourced produce-the bread couldn't be any fresher having... Warm and friendly welcome from Steve Steve and Louise.. Excellent accommodation with added touches to make our visit so pleasant. Breakfast menu choice was good and the bread milked and baked on the premises was delicious, available to purchase which we did and it stayed fresh to the very last slice. The Mill tour is a must, the Miller obviously... More

First class mod cons sympathetically added to a listed building, warm welcome & friendly service from owners, well cooked breakfasts using local ingredients and unprompted attention to guests preferences made us reluctant to leave at the end of our 4 nights. Tour of their working water mill + cream tea + flour/bread sales were the icing on our cake. Price... More

we only stayed for one night here and wish we had longer. The very comfortable house is next to a working mill so all the bread is home made and the eggs come from the chooks and everything is sourced locally. Breakfast was delicious. We were made very welcome and our room was quiet and comfortable with a small but... More

We appreciate you taking the time to review us after your brief stay. Glad you enjoyed our breakfasts, our quiet setting and one of our village pubs! You are quite right - the shower room in your room (The Hayloft) is rather small, we do have larger rooms available - all details on our website www.burcottmill.com. Thanks again! Due to a miscalculation we booked in for one night but that was our only mistake. The stable room we were in was clean, comfortable and everything there you would need. Wow - what a wonderful (and lengthy!) review. Thank you for taking so much trouble in describing your room (Millwright's Loft) and your experience staying here.
