We enjoyed a four night stay in 'The Hay Loft' which is at the rear of the mill and away from the road. The room was comfortable if a little compact and the hand basin in the corner of the bedroom may not be to everyone's liking. Breakfast was a treat and served up in a lovely sunny room overlooking...

Thanks for the review - glad you enjoyed your stay with us. You are quite right that Hayloft is not a large room, we do have larger ones available - please check the website for information. Thanks again! Regards Louise

We were in the Old Mill Office with a great wet room and bunk bed for our son. Louise was very pleasant providing all we could want for breakfast. Good selection and poached eggs very yummy. Good location for Wells and Glastonbury.

Stayed there last night while attenting a wedding. Steve and Louise let us into our rooms early so we could quickly get changed. We stayed in a little suite with 2 bedrooms - perfect for 2 couples looking for a good value overnight stay. Great breakfast.

Just arrived home after spending 4 days here, Steve and Louise the owners were such lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them, breakfast was amazing too. This place is a must, we stayed in the Old Mill Office which was very comfortable. Perfect pub in the Village called Ring O Bells, fantastic food, and made to feel welcome....

We wanted a B&B to explore Wells, Glastonbury and Street at the end of July 2016 and what we found is truly a hidden gem for the traveller. Not only is it a wonderful place to stay and not overtly expensive. The Owners really make you feel you belong to their family for the period of your stay. The accommodation...

My family and I stayed here over the weekend whilst attending a family event nearby in Panborough. From the word go we received a warm friendly reception that was maintained throughout our stay. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay on both the Old Mill Office and the Loft which were very clean and we'll appointed. Our hosts were friendly and...

Warm & welcoming from the minute we arrived, the room was spotless and comfortable, the hosts were more than happy to pass on any local information with nothing being too much trouble, the full English breakfast was excellent and just to top it off - there is a smashing pub across the road. My thanks to Lorraine for the stay...

Friendly and helpful hosts. The room was lovely (Millwrights Loft) with a huge bed, and a sofa, and a large en suite. Could not have wished for anything better. The breakfast was great, and you can buy flour/bread/jams to take home. Highly recommended.

Stayed two nights and found everything to be just as you would want it. Lovely rooms, lovely breakfast and two excellent evening meals at The Burcott Inn and The Pheasant. Found Wells to be a lovely city and well worth a visit.
