Ann is lovely and goes out of her way to make you feel at home, and her two dogs are delightful company. I would highly reccomend this guesthouse for a... More

Visited Holmfirth for first time ever. It was the food and drink festival so place was rimmed...it was great. Stayed at old stoney bank and I have to say it is the best place me and my wife have ever stayed. House was immaculate. The rooms were more than worth the money we paid and the host was the kindest,... More

My wife and I spent the night here while attending the Paul Carrack concert. The house is wonderful with breakfast taken in an orangery. The bedroom was very big and comfortable. Anne wish a great host well versed in local attractions and her breakfast was excellent. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed for one night on the way back from a business meeting. We stayed in the Green Room and it was very very nice indeed. The room was finished to a very high standard and was spotless. There are no locks on the room doors, which we have not come across before. Wifi is provided which was essential as... More

our room was very comfortable, luxurious in fact. We had a separate bathroom to ourselves, with a huge bath and great shower. There were lots of nice touches: bathrobes, plenty of towels, body lotion. The owner was very welcoming and prepared a great breakfast next day, served in a lovely conservatory. We would definitely return.

We went back here having had a fab stay before. This Bed and Breakfast really can't be faulted. Anne welcomed us and was so helpful. Our room which was a different one to the first time was delightful and the attention to detail even down to a hot water bottle just can't be surpassed. A freshly cooked breakfast rounded off...
