One of the loveliest places we could have booked during our holiday in the Highlands. Lorna and Ken made us extremely welcome with plenty of cups of tea & cakes and information about the local area. The views across the Loch from the guests lounge were out of this world. Definitely on our "must return to" list.

This was definitely a lucky find! There was four of us so booking two rooms we ended up effectively having the whole place for ourselves. The rooms are cozy and comfortable (and they look brand new) and the lake view is amazingly beautiful. There is also great lounge with terrace at your disposal - perfect for the evening conversations. Lorna...

We had an amazing stay at this B&B, the best one on our trip around Scotland! The rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable, and since our group occupied both of the rooms we had a lovely sitting room with a great view overlooking the lake to ourselves. Lorna was very welcoming and accommodating. She welcomed us with coffee and...

It is worth getting directions before reaching Lochcarron as we found mobile phone internet reception patchy and very slow to download maps onto our mobile. Once we found The Sithean we had a very warm welcome from Lorna who kindly served us home made cake with tea in the lounge overlooking the loch. The Sithean is very quiet with lovely...

This was our 2nd time staying at The Sithean and we weren't disappointed. Same wonderful welcome, rooms still immaculate and breakfast excellent. The views from the dining room, lounge and bedroom (we stayed at the front of the house overlooking the loch) are superb.

This is the perfect Bed and Breakfast! We received a lovely welcome from Lorna and were invited into the lounge for tea, coffee and home baking, what a great touch. The house is spotless and well appointed with a homely feel. This is a must if visiting Lochcarron.

I was a little hesitant in booking the Sithean mostly due to the somewhat remote location. But I am sure glad we did. Lorna made everything perfect for our stay. Her home is welcoming and immaculate. The views down Loch Carron are amazing. We explored Wester Ross up to Inverewe gardens from here quite comfortably. If you plan to be...

We stayed with Lorna and Ken and couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. First class accommodation where there is attention to detail. Excellent breakfast with an extensive choice including the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. T.V in room but also in the rest room which looks out onto the loch. We were especially lucky to have had lovely weather...

We only stayed one night at The Sithean but it was magnificent. The view of the loch from our bedroom window was so calming and peaceful. We could also watch the antics of the newly born lambs in the paddock inbetween us and the loch. The Sithean itself was a clean, comfortable well organised B and B. We had no...

The Sithean is a wonderful B&B in a gorgeous location. The house itself is immaculately presented, with superbly appointed rooms overlooking well-tended gardens and fields. Breakfast time at The Sithean is a real treat, too - probably better than any 5* B&B I've stayed in. The owners are lovely and welcoming, but leave you to relax and enjoy your time...
