We stayed here for only one night as I wanted to cycle up Bealach na ba but we wished we'd have stayed longer. The owners could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very friendly and thoughtful. The room was great with a fantastic view and comfy bed. The breakfast...

Stayed with Stuart, Susan and Ella to allow the ascent of a specific hill in Torridon and to cycle a number of routes including the Bealach na Ba. The Old Manse was in a great location and wonderful, friendly, clean accommodation which I would have no problem visiting again. Breakfasts were spot on and the menu flexible enough to fuel...

We stopped here for our last night of the North Coast 500 and we're so glad we did! I highly recommend this for everyone's last stop . Such a beautiful, relaxing location with the warmest of welcomes and the most comfortable sleep followed by a fantastic cooked breakfast. This truly was a sensation end to a sensation trip

I enjoyed my stay at the Old Manse on Lochcarron. I was up for a hill walking weekend so was out most of the days, but I found the accomodation a delight. Absolutely beautiful views of the Loch, a comfy room (slept really well) and hearty tasty breakfasts. We were asked to pre-order breakfast the evening before along with the...

The B&B is in a beautiful location right on the loch. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Stuart and Susan referred us to a small out-of-the way restaurant where we had the best sea food platter ever---don't pass up the squat lobsters.

Right on the shores of the loch, and well away from the main road, this is a charming, peaceful place to stay, with fabulous views. Secure storage for bikes if you are cycling. Restaurants and pubs are within easy walking distance (if you are looking for dinner, the bistro on the main road is highly recommended). Kind, helpful hosts and...

Had a one night stay in this lovely B&B, in a room overlooking the Loch. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Nice roll top bath in the ensuite, with a cracking view. Breakfast was first class with a nice traditional ambience. Stuart & Susan were very accommodating and even ensured we got a table in the local bistro! All in...

The day-and-night at the Lochcarron Old Manse was definitely one of the highlights of our 8-day tour of the Scotland highlands. The area is beautiful and quiet, and the Old Manse -- a nineteenth-century building -- is a perfect match to this gorgeous vicinity. The owners of the place, Stuart and Susan, are sweet people with very high regard for...
