There's a reason my husband and I usually prefer bed and breakfasts to hotels. You get to experience what the locals experience and you get to meet some awesome people who you'd probably never talk to if you were just passing them in an elevator inside some chain hotel. First off, this place is in an excellent location. The views...

My friend and I took an 8 day trip around the island, and the Ceiba Country Inn was my favorite place to stay! Nestled between El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest and the ocean, the inn has magnificent views of both the mountains with their constant cloud movement and the distant ocean from the common balcony and from some of the...

My sister and I stayed at Ceiba in November while on a trip to Puerto Rico. We stayed for 2 nights and we certainly loved the place. It is so quiet and peaceful and set in an absolutely stunning location. It made a great base for exploring El Yunque as well as the the Bio Bay and the beaches on...

It is a great base if you want to explore El Yunque or as a stopover to Culebra or Vieques. Rooms are perfectly clean and bed is very comfortable. They provide you with a fridge so be sure to bring wine or beer to enjoy the sunset on the lovely terrace overlooking the green hills and water beyond. The hosts...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, the views, the serenading of the coquis and a puerto rican screech owl at night, the dog Shakira, and the helpful and kind host Michael. The Ceiba Country Inn is a place that speaks of love and caring in the way that it is taken cared of and the way...

This place was absolutely fantastic. The view from the inn is fantastic, looking down a valley to the water below with views of the hillsides around the inn as well. The rooms are pleasant and simple (no tv's, which I consider a plus). Upstairs is a lounge area where the helpful proprietors are usually available to answer questions and where...

My wife and I just returned from a three night stay. A well kept property on the side of a mountain. Great views. Our room was simple, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast each morning provided a variety of breads, fruit and coffee. Michael's notebook of local restaurant menus was quite handy. They have a very friendly dog and cat on the...

I stayed at the Ceiba Country Inn for 2 nights in mid-December and had a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, located about 20 minutes outside of Fajardo and on the side of a mountain. We enjoyed spending time on the patio, playing board games provided by the Inn and gazing out over the wonderful view of mountains and...

After a long day of driving in pouring rain, this B&B was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean and friendly, the view was beautiful, and the host was very accommodating. This is a great place for families, couples, and solo travelers. Loved it!

This was a wonderful little place to stay! It is a ways out of Fajardo, which is what we wanted. You really do feel like you're in the country! :) We were there for at least a week, and loved every minute of it. The breakfast was great (ask about the juices of the day!), the property was well kept...
