This is a fabulous place, seems like brand new, everything very modern and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful and even provided free towels for the hot pools. Very spacious rooms, TV's in master as well as living area, a short walk to the town and shops, really it is right next door so super convenient and can walk to...

This motel offers ‘premium accommodation’ in Hanmer Springs, not far from the centre of town, and the facilities are of good quality with complete privacy. Our room on the ground floor had a view over gardens. Rae and Paul were helpful and friendly, and also recommended a good restaurant for dinner.

We live in the deluxe studio for 2 nights, room is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Guest laundry is just downstairs. Free pool towels are available from the reception. Lovely view from the balcony, and the bed. 5mins walk to the pool, shops and restaurants. I would certainly stay again.

We had a studio room which was 29 square metres in size and extremely spacious. There was also a balcony with table and chairs. The kitchenette included a two plate, cooker, microwave oven, sink, fridge, electric hot water jug, toaster and a dishwasher. The room fit-out was of 5 star quality. The rooms look out through floor to ceiling glass...

This property is immaculate, owners and staff are extremely helpful, room costs at top end but reflects the standard. Location is perfect as quality shops are next door and the towns famous spa pools are a 5 minute walk through central shopping precinct. Have stayed twice over 12 months and standard has remained the same, will stay again in the...

We arrived into Hanmer Springs in the rain. It was cold and damp, and frankly I was well and truly over the drive. On arriving we found our beautiful room set up all cosy, heater on, heated tiles on in the bathroom.... Just bliss The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and the bed was super comfortable. The view out of...

We have stayed in quite a few serviced apartments during our holiday in NZ and this has to be the best so far. The room was immaculately clean, super modern and perfectly located for the town, spa and walks. Our hosts were very helpful on arrival at the reception and even recommended a few local walks. They have an amazing...

We paid $355 for one night for 3 people which we consider expensive. However we couldn't fault our stay.the staff were helpful and the room had everything we needed. There was a full kitchen with dishwasher and large bathroom and lounge. The room was quiet and beds comfortable. This place is centrally located.

This hotel simply cannot be faulted. There is nothing else you can possibly want in the room. The suite we had was amazing with a view of the mountains that could not be match. The owners were a very nice couple and made sure that everything was to your satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend you...
