Very decent hotel with nice surroundings. Friendly staff, and very helpful. Needed a local tour guide to take the two of us around, they worked it out within 10 minutes. Food is average, they need to work on that. Swimming pool is clean, and about medium size which is enough for the place. Bedrooms are cleaned daily, nice and clean...

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My credit card was charged 10x the amount by apparently a mistake. The financial manager allegedly fixed the mistake, and then I checked my bank account and they took the amount again. This is unacceptable and lacks the professionalism. I am going through the proper channels now to inform the legal authorities...

The hotel personnel is kind and helpful, the facilities aren't bad, rooms are spacious and decently furnished, but the hotel extention just built is an ugly low-quality chinese-style multi-storey building. Furthermore, despite of the name, there's no beach here, just a large mangroove strip that is going to be overcome by a long jetty (still in progress) connecting the hotel...

This is one the best hotels I've stayed in for grear service. The staff in their immaculate and colorfully dresses are so friend and always ready to help. The pool is clean as are the well stocked rooms with 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. Enjoy the cool sea air breezing through the well kept palm tress by the poolside!

We visited the hotel restaurant for lunch. The waitress wasn't very interested of us and she couldn't answer any of our questions of the menu. The food eventually arrived about 1,5 hours after ordering. Club sandwich was ok, pizza wasn't worth the try, kids couldn't eat it, mishkakis were ok but they managed to completely destroy the fish fillet (seriously???)....

Pity the beach is not nearby. Loud live band in the evening by the pool--too noisy. Bar service is quick ns efficent. The breakfast needs a big...

I have a gym membership here and have been coming for a long time (once or twice a week). They have a great gym, rooms look nice and pool is great! Currently getting renovated. However, their staff is horrible. You will wait 2hr for food and another 30min for change. Almost always the staff tries to not give you back...

This was my second hotel stay in as much a week and what attracted me was the quietness of its location. The swimming pool was well attended to by a pool attendant who was friendly and professional.Choose rooms on the East wing as they are more spacious and great view

This is my, shall I say, "rustic" hotel stay in Tanzania. For Tanga, I suppose it is okay; I can not compare it to other hotels in Tanga, and can not make a comparison with other hotels in other cities since Tanga is a bit different. The rooms are moderate size, and the bathrooms are noteworthy as they are modern,...
