We stayed here 2 nights on a rather gruelling road trip from Dar. The location was great, away from any traffic noise and we were given a room that had a sliver of a sea view. Staff, from Reception to wait staff, were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the lovely outdoors restaurant under the huge mango tree both...

We visited with small children and a group of adult family members. The pool and playground were simple but very nice entertainment for the kids. Food was good. The hotel bar has a nice ambiance with dark wooden panels. Rooms are spacious.

This is a nice hotel which has been recently renovated. It has an excellent swimming pool. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked well. The staff were attentive and helpful. The price was very affordable. It is in a quiet location, away from the main road.

I found the Panori very peaceful. A very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and fairly large. The bathroom was nice. Wifi was good. The TV had a number of channels with movies in English. Aircon worked very well. The restaurant is under a covered with a high thatched roof and under a huge mango tree. Very pleasant...

All staff were so friendly and room was cleaned daily, even towels were changed after one day. However, there were too many mosquitoes around dining area and when having breakfast even more. Breakfast was really small, at the end obviously I was the only guest expected, there was not even butter left and only two slices of bread. Air condition...

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. We normally have a good selection for breakfast. We are making improvements based on the comments of our clients. Unfortunately, the neighbor's dogs bark for half an hour every night, when it's time for them to be let loose. The rest of the night they are quiet. We have asked them to...

Although we were not so impressed by Tanga, we were happy to stay in this clean and nice hotel. SPacious Rooms and a nice enough breakfast. Cheap but delicious restaurant (long waiting though) under a huge mango tree. Some of the staff were a bit slow and not always as friendly. Our fresh towels smelt bad, smokey, 2 mornings but...

We stayed for one night. The double room was simply furnished, spotlessly clean and although not on the beach we had a view of the sea from over the road. The rooms have recently been redecorated. Everything worked well and there was plenty of hot water. It was nice to sit by the pool and have meals, the food was...

This is not a beach hotel and although showing its age a bit it is in a quiet area and it has most basic necessities. However, I did not have any soap in my room. There was a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee but no safe, hair dryer, tissues etc that may give it a higher rating. Meals...

I stayed at Panori Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. We had a family room which was clean and had air conditioning, free slow wifi, a small fridge, tea facility, flat screen TVs with a good selection of channels. Our room was next to the generator which was noisy but at least it helped to keep the air conditioning...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Panori for a night whilst passing through Tanga and we were thoroughly impressed.
