The warm welcome of our team assures you are in good hands though you are away from home. Home within a Resort - the best of both worlds, Guests can enjoy the luxury of a home Ambiance with the use of facilities and services of the Resort. Major tourist attractions like Water Sports, Bazaars and Markets, quaint little shops, Night Life, Fast - Food Joints and Multi - Cuisine restaurants to suit every taste are just a few minutes away.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We stayed in the Suite room. It was spacious and clean and had a wonderful sea view. It overlooks the sea and you can hear the waves. Lying down on the bed we can enjoy sea view and see the waves. Room had a plush feel. The bathroom is big and clean. Toiletry supplies were in plenty. Only thing missing was in room tea coffee supplies. Otherwise it was perfect. We stayed there for 2 nights and the house keeping was good.
The reception and the restaurant staff were very courteous. The restaurant staff was especially highly service oriented and made you feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast was tasty and a good spread. However the bfast timings are 8:30am onwards. But, They served us tea in room at 7:30 and we left to see the petroglyphs at 8am. While we enjoyed the dinner at their restaurant, they didn't have enough seafood options. They just had 2 types of fried fish and one would expect more seafood options at a restaurant by the beach. There is an excellent sea food restaurant just next to theirs. So we had our second night dinner there.
Ratnadurga fort is very close by. Also the jetty right outside the hotel is good to take a night time stroll or an early morning walk. We were thrilled to see phytoplankton bio-luminescence in the waters near the jetty.
Overall. we enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, pleasant and cheerful.

A great option to stay with family. The place is in front of Mandvi Beach, with great sea views from the rooms. The quality and quantity of food is great. Supportive staff, as soon as our train arrives in the morning, they are given an early check up. There is free WiFi, good parking facilities. They all follow the Kovid protocol. We'll see you again soon.

Hotel located at one of the best location in Ratnagiri. Promising sea view for sunrise and sunset. Adjacent to Mandvi beach to you can enjoy all fun activities available on beach.plenty food options are available inside and around the hotel. Prawns Tikka is still memorable for me. Rooms are pretty big to comfort you throughout your stay. Abhishek (Manager) gem of a person, he knows how to take care of his guest. Will definitely reconsider Sea Fans whenever we will plan for Ratnagiri.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days on 21st and 22nd October 2023. This hotel is located right in front of Mandvi Beach with great Sea view from few rooms. It is affordable budget hotel. Rooms are very old and congested. Bathroom is very small and needs complete renovation and improvement with better toiletries in terms of quality.
The housekeeping and room service was very slow. Our package was inclusive of breakfast. There were very less options for breakfast and quality of food served was very very bad. Only best thing about this hotel is its walking distance location from Mandvi Beach.

The location of this hotel is only good thing, Rest the hotel is pathetic in terms of service. I was travelling with my old parents and had a stay for 2 nights at this hotel. But these 2 nights were a torture in this hotel. Below is detailed list of issues I had at this worst place 1) Usual check-in is at 12 PM. They called me and asked what time I will check-in. I confirmed will be around 1:30 PM. When reached hotel at 1:30 PM, room was not ready and we had to wait for 30 mins. 2) When checked-in AC was not working. AC was fixed in front of us, which was again not great at cooling. 3) Inspite of having my Car number in register, I get a call at 11 PM if my car number is so so. What is use of having my car number in register then. And what's point of calling me at 11 PM to confirm details. 4) 2nd day non one came to clean my room and we had to find people and get room cleaned. Which happened late in evening. 5) 2nd day one of the executive around 11 PM just barges in my room checking of lights are working or not. Then he realized he is wrong room. Complete hotel staff and management is a mess and no one cares of customers. Food is also not great at taste, rather a small restaurant has better food quality.

Very unhygienic place to stay..Room charges are very high as compared to condition of room. Rooms are not at all maintained..There is lot of dust inside stains in toilets and headrest and lamps are with too much dust..Curtains are having too much dust

Well maintained property Good hospitality. Better to be with family. In front of beach is an open arrangement to enjoy food. Great view of the sea from the room. Supportive staff. Direct access to the beach. The hotel can arrange a package of local tourist destinations for you. Love to come here again.

Ratnagiri is not in regular tourist circuit. We were little apprehensive about finding an appropriate place of stay. This hotel was indeed a pleasant surprise.
The hotel is located on Mandvi Beach – the so-called Black Beach (the claim to fame being the black color of the beach sand). Overall, the hotel is impeccably clean. The room though small is nicely furnished and indeed comfortable. The bathroom is small but tidy. The most attractive feature is the full length glass wall on the sea side – you can see the sun-set while sipping tea and enjoy the play of tides on the rocky shore. In the evening, high-mast lamps illuminate the beach front; it is time to indulge on traditional junk food at the stalls set up only in the evening. Or, one can take a walk on the long jetty (which was built in 1934) and enjoy the sea breeze.
The restaurant of the hotel is open on three sides and overlooks the beach. The complimentary breakfast includes traditional poha, upma, etc. In the evening, you get chats, bhelpuri, golgappa etc. In lunch and dinner the restaurant serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian and Chinese dishes on ala carte basis.
The most striking feature of the hotel is the homely environment. The hotel owner and his family members regularly sit around and interact with guests and offer tips for travel, food, shopping etc which is particularly unusual.
God willing, we shall come back to enjoy such warm hospitality once again.

The hotel is tucked away from main road, right on the beach. There are no signposts showing the way to the hotel. Rooms are clean and specious, so is the toilet. Unfortunatly got a room on the back so could not see the sea from room but there is small balcony attached to room which showed the glimpses of sea. In a way it’s good as with summer temperatures soared high and with room away from sun was quiet comfortable. There was no kettle and had to ask for one. There was half open milk sachet, so may be housekeeping needs to keep a closer eye on things. The breakfast was dosa which was okey. The staff was helpful and courteous but the owner and his daughter were very friendly and helpful.

Hi, hotel sea fans has all Ac rooms..I took standard room. Rate is 2200 per night..but u can ask for some discount. I got standard room for Rs.2000 for two person's including morning breakfast (breakfast is complementary and its excellent n tasty) U can accommodate one extra person for just 500 rupees.
