I have been travelling around the world for more than 15 years and visited more than 500 hotels and this hotel or villa whatever they prefer to called themself is certainly well below standard for what price they are charging for. As soon as we arrived and check in after a long journey The toilet and television are broken and I have informed them 3 times before we went out for dinner and when we got back it still broken. The door to the garden also broken as it can not be lock u less you have to lift the whole door up to locked them. This will be the last time I would come here, FYI WE PAID 4900 bath for a night. It is certainly disgrace.

The hotel itself is beautiful but they could make it much better for their guests. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. Doesn’t matter if it’s during the day or not, you can not see what you look like in the mirror. So dark. There is no mirror in the room either so if you are getting ready for an event it is not the hotel for you. A good suggestion is to have a mirror in the actual room where there is some sunlight. The hotel breakfast is the same every day. The bread at the hotel breakfast is not fresh.

Normally, if l cannot say something good, l say nothing. However, l am so disappointed with this hotel this year that l have to say something. Last year my wife & l stayed in this hotel & it was good; good enough for us to return this year. But, we were wrong. The maintenance of the room was appalling & on arrival the TV didn't work & when we tried to freshen up after our travels, the shower didn't work. The technician who came to repair was incompetent. We decided not to be depressed by this deterioration in the hotel & chose to take a bottle of rose on the sundeck - not to be because no choices of wine in stock. This is an expensive hotel for Thailand but does not provide the basic facilities of average, or even less than average budget hotels

We stayed at this hotel because we needed to attend the party near by. But after we checked in I figured out it was a wring decision. With this price I can stay at much nicer hotel ( even though need to take longer drive). Won't be back for sure.

Checked in on 7/jan/2019 for a breakaway from busy December 2018. Drive 200km direct form Bangkok international hotel. Check in was a breeze, the room booked was garden view villa. Everything was prefect until I hit the shower. The heater was working as all the light was on at the system. But the water was just as cold as they were. The surrounding of the villa was perfect 10/10. Good choice if anyone was peaceful and quiet escape from city life.

A pleasant stay at Sasima villa which is surrounding with greenery and nature environment. Private pool in front of room balcony. Open shower room with nature wind blowing & insert sound. Infinity public baby pool. It is only RM250++ per room per night. Good deal. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights. The staff service was great, my kid vomited in middle of night and the Housekeeping was prompt in changing bedsheets (even brought along child paracetamol). Room was big but dated. Has a weird smell in toilet. Heater was not working well, weather was 12 degree when we visit but hot water was not consistent. The blanket was not thick enough also. Breakfast was limited choice but decent.

We had nice impression when we entered to Sasima Moonlight Villa entrance, like entered into the Botanic Garden. It was peaceful, nice ambient greenery with fresh air. The staff was friendly and the check in & check out was fast. We stayed at the Villa Suite for 2 nights in November 2017.. The Villa Suite was clean and spacious and we were so surprised that there was computer provided in the Suite. The breakfast had not much variety but the food was nice and not salty. We had our pleasant stay there and would recommend to our friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights with friends. We had two villa's next to eachother. Three adults in each room. And we each had a private pool which we just loved. The room was very comfortable and clean. Big bathroom and the shower outside was just great! The surroundings and garden are beautiful. Breakfast was very good. A perfect stay!

I stayed a night in the room with private pool. It was so enjoyable. Check in and check out process was smoothly. The hotel and the room were nice decorated and modern designed. Room facilities were comfy enough. I went there in low season so the hotel was not too crowded which was good even though it was raining a bit. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.
