Very disappointed service that we ever experienced. I have informed the reservation when I made a reservation that the check in time will be very late after midnight. I and my partner arrived the hotel at 1.20am which we were aware of our lateness. The security guard asked us about how we made a booking, and he immediately called a lady who came out to welcome us, she was horrible to not even say sawasdee to us, she just hand over the key to us. The security guard instead was nice continued to handled our check in. I woke up early and rush to get out for the business and left my partner in the room alone. And I messaged to a receptionist to keep my room for late checkout, bu my partner was so upset feeling hurriedly bad, the receptionist kept calling him to get out from the room and no option or alternative like allow him to wait at the restaurant or lat a lobby area. He felt so down and pushed him to get out. He decided to get a taxi heading straight to Suvanaphummi international airport, and I got him back with extra cost. I arrived the hotel and told that my partner has left and seem no interested to know where he has been, anyway doesn’t matter the matter is why no one would talk to him and give him a bit of place for him to wait for me to be back. The room was hot we expected it was too small we found any ants in bed, and felt not comfortable to sleep, food was not too bad and the service was not bad too. The breakfast was somehow ok, table sets up was nothing to impress, food was not too bad. Unfortunately we would never back to stay there ever again.…

The resort has marketed heavily and aggressive with professionally-taken pictures on the internet, but reality is still far from what is advertised! the good thing about this is their service. If the place costed 3,000THB , it would be reasonable. Here it costs 9000-15,000THB

Nice rooms in a great location the room was lovely and the breakfast was nice and plenty full but could someone explain the pictures on the toilet wall which was there for every one to see including children I wouldn't want to explain them to my children

First time staying here, it was lovely, really really nice resort, great for Kids... Very clean comfortable rooms.. NICE coffee Shop.. Pool great for the kids, Well worth a visit... Enjoy........ Staff very helpful and informative on the area.....

Positive: nice location, room with by pool and close to canal that can swim or kayaking, good food in hotel Negative: to far from the attractios area and no restaurants at nearby, quite secluded in the night time, room by falling water is to small no wardrobe no dressing table

In the area of Khao Yai National Park this Resort you will love. Service personal is very nice, the cleanness of the little bungalows is very good. Breakfast varies from Thai style to buffet from day to day, At the Check-in you get the vouchers for breakfast. Count them, you need one per person per day.

We went to visit Thay at Plum Village and then to celebrate our journey and relax and have a little bit of fun in the water and just enjoy each other's company, we stayed here and played in the river, pool, jacuzzi, had wonderful Thai massages, sang karaoke and danced, ordered dinner into our rooms and just relaxed on he grounds and enjoyed ourselves. I thought it was a nice and fun little unique hideaway among the foot of such an amazing and wonderful teachers home, for now. I was in bliss from being at my teachers home and then being able to relax and get spoiled here.

When ı read about otel ı think very nice but ı read many comment about otel very bad.yes mostly some picture fake otel very simple.ı need more pillow reception say must pay money for this all my life visit many otel this is the first time really.ı m coming here first and will be last also expensiv price for this room.

I really liked enjoyed my stay here. It is true there was some construction work and the pool is very over looked by the waterfall house and the president house. It does feel abit like there pool rather than a common one. However its a nice remote and quite location. Roomservice food was great (closes at 11pm though so keep an eye on time). The rooms are nice and clean with little outside eating area's. It is a little further from the main attactions of the area than some hotels, but I think its a great base to visit the area from.
