I stayed with my wife and two children (16 & 18). The accommodation available was akin to a wooden garden shed with a bolt on shower and toilet. The accommodation was old and did not look like the video presentation of the room that we were offered when we asked to see the room. The beds however were comfortable and not rock hard like so many resorts offer. The grounds are spacious - however could benefit from a landscape designer. Breakfast was served in a large room and everything was cold but it was OK.
this good place to stay.stay here have bicycle to ride have swiming pool but fitness was close it was so sad.this place was comfortable to stay.have many room in different style.i come with family so i stay in korean room.
A trip to the hospital was necessary as my son had a serious rash due to the bed bugs. This place has no hygiene standards and it is not acceptable. The quality of the food is so poor that it is a wonder how we didn't get sick! DONT GO THERE
After check in they told us the swimming pool was close for a week. They had construction work during our stay. Bad service at restaurant and lazy people in general but not unfriendly. I guess they don't care much that's it. And overall expensive for what it is
Golden gold khaoyai is good resort to stay near national park, large space with diff, type of accomodation to choose ,something different . relaxing and good for short trip ,small restaurant is there in center .good food with limited variety
staying at Golden gold resort was good experience with family , room was good ,staff was good ,plenty of space to move around . food was good. only issue was no english speaking staff at that time, overyall enjoy the trip
stayed here for one night property is huge all the rooms are scattered across the property in small single story villas they seem to be set up to mostly cater for Thais as most of the staff do not speak English but you can get by though when we got there the whole property was pretty much empty yet they decided to give us a room on outer perimeter of the property upon insistence we got a room closer to the dinning area (they must have close to 200+ rooms) value is ok at $30 for a fairly clean property with a/c and breakfast included it is quite outside of the national park and about a kilometer in even from the main road so you do need your own transportation don't bother with the swimming pool - its slightly bigger than a bath tub and raised above ground on a wooden deck - not very pleasant looking staff despite of the language problem were very polite and courteous so if you are looking for a no frills, quiet place in a garden type setting this would be a place…
It's quite old, and run-down, doesn't seem to get a whole lot of maintenance. The room we booked through Agoda wasn't appropriate, the upgrade was offered to a yurt, some sort of circus tent, which smelled like someone died in there. There were a few nicer rooms, but of course they were full and way more expensive. So we ended up in a little wooden shack with no amenities that wasn't even worth half of what we paid for. Would not recommend it, although some of the newer rooms might be worth a look at if there's a reasonable price.
