We found the hotel to be quiet and pleasant for a good night's sleep, but it has its downsides which I will list first: From the hotel car park at street level there are 12 steps to reception, a further 14 steps to the restaurant and a further 44 steps to the rooms, this because the hotel is built into a hillside so in no way is the hotel suitable for the disabled or infirm. From our room to the restaurant for a very limited breakfast we negotiated the 44 steps again, then up again and finally down 70 steps to our car. We had a deluxe room which seemed newly decorated and was clean. There was no in room telephone and as reception failed to give us the Wi-Fi password my wife had to shout to a staff member outside, rather than tackle the steps. Another hotel that still has the outdated 3 in 1 coffee in room which neither of us can drink as we don't take sugar. We did not eat in the restaurant, apart from the poor breakfast, as the menu was so limited, but at the Texas Steak House (separate review) which is 400 metres from the hotel. Really quite places!! We went to there for football camp for 2 days with our team .. we was happy the pitch really good .. as pak chong city used this pitch for their league games!! Happy we saw them and watched them. Maybe the doors should be more better .. lock doesn't work well,, hope to be there again for next season they have small breakfast wich is enough for you kindly staff .. thanks for everyone

We found this resort in the website, due to it low rate, we have no hesitation to book it right away. Once arrived the resort, surprisingly it has a swimming pool and spacious compound to hang around. Resort staff are helpful and friendly. Most importantly the room is clean and tidy. Although is just a simple room with basic necessities but we feeling pleasant to stay in. Only concern is room's door lock doesn't feel so secure. This resort can be improved to be better.
