The positives : - Spacious Room - it’s really spacious. - Pool villa with heated pool enabled us to swim anytime of the day - Private sauna available - Serene, peaceful The minus side : - Quite a distance from Khaoyai - No restaurants nearby - Limited food menu - Food taste
Location is good. Room is big and spacious. Many facilities can use in villa. If improve road before to hotel, it will be excellent. Staff is perfect. Take good care of you like you are their family even reception, driver, security and mate. Food and beverage are yummy and a lot. Breakfast in room is very good option. Parking lot is not so much. This place is good for couples and family.
3 nights stayed , the private pool villa is so nice and huge , come along with all comfortable provided ... I really love the private saunna. The location is perfect , enjoy the mountain view and peaceful. All staffs are nice. We had a really good time. Thanks
We satyed 3 nights in a pool villa. Civilai Hill delivers very well on cerenity, great views and beautiful surroundings! In addition the pool villa was very nice, with great space, wooden floors, view straight from the bed, sauna, a huge bathroom, jacuzzi and even an outside wooden bathtub. If you then add very nice, service minded staff that gives you an instant feeling of small scale and personal care you have something that should be rated a 5, even with a plus. We also got nice complimentary surprises two of the days with homemade juice or local cookies. Very nice! However, the villas are isolated and hence you are basically without any other choice for food than the restaurant at Civilai Hill. There is a small village about 2km away, but that village doesn't have any restaurant choices at all. Therefore, the final total experience also becomes very dependent on CH's kitchen, which was not up to the standard of everything else at the place. The menue is quite limited (we only chose from Thai dishes), and the choices are not very exciting nor great tasting. The breakfast (which you order the night before) has a lot of choices and is OK, but not 5-star. So, while we loved the villa, the staff and the surroundings and rate all those very high, we would hope that the restaurant improves a lot in the near future.…
We stayed in a one bedroom villa, very Spacious with. modern facility. Out door garden with heated pool, Private Sauna and out door tub. Stunning view from the pool. Staff were amazing, good service and very cooperative. All in all had a great and comfortable stay.
Situated on elevated grounds, it has a panoramic view of Khao Yai. The pool villas are spacious, comfortable with all amenities in house. Stayed at the One room panoramic pool villa, it had a private sauna, outdoor cowboy style wooden tub, heated pool, a garden with swing, open air fireplace (but can't have fire for safety reason, so for show only) but can have BBQ there. Wake up to cool weather (Nov period) with stunning views and breakfast in. Staff were great and friendly but slightly inexperienced. However, they made up for it through their attentiveness. Easy access to all the local attractions. Fantastic getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Need at least 3 days here to see the attractions.
I booked 3D2N honeymoon package, no question ask the package sound fantastic. I just wanted to share my experience, the room was good with private pool, sauna & etc but the candle light dinner and afternoon tea was terrible. For the candlelight dinner was not properly set, food was very limited and small portions and first time in my life that candlelight dinner serving steam rice😅further more the lamb rack was uncooked 😡 For afternoon tea set, only 2 pcs of sandwich and a cup of coffee . photo attached are 4 servings
This is a real hidden gem. Went there for our honeymoon and will be back again because the place is wonderfully located (remote and quiet), the villas fantastically appointed, and the staff warm, friendly and welcoming. I'd suggest that you need a car given the location.
I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with my girlfriend and also it was her birthday. So I called the hotel for a special room decoration with balloons and a cake, all staff was so much helpful and friendly, they tried to contact me every time they got an information about balloon and the time for setting the room up for surprising her. I was so impressed! Lobby was nice and they gave me a breakfast lists which I can choose when and what I want to eat, there were a lot of choices for breakfast and yes I had breakfast at my villa on the time I chose. The villa was so so big and great decoration, a big private swimming pool and all amentities in toilet were L'occitane, I love that! There were a bathtub and sauna outside as well. This hotel was so great, it would be great to visit again. It was my super duper getaway! Recommended for couples :)…
With our family with 6 kids we had 4 villa's. The experience was amazing!!! Welcome was fantastic by a very friendly staff!! The rooms are excellent and have a wonderful view and all the luxury you can imagine. The kids enjoyed the pools, the tub, the sauna, and the great shower/ bath facilities in the room. The facility is very small scale and therefore very personal. The staff prepared an excellent dinner for us, as well as a great breakfast. During our intense tour through Thailand, this was a wonderful moment to relax. I can truly recommend this to anyone - couples as well as families.
