We stayed in a tent at Lake View for 4 nights. We got the choice of 2 tents to have. Our tent looked directly over the lake and had a beautiful sunrise. The hosts are Allen and Pong, an English husband and Thai wife. Allen is very knowledgeable about Thailand and easy to talk to and Pong looked after us wonderfully with excellent cooking, extra blankets and did our washing for us. A clean and comfortable environment which was very peaceful and we were able to relax. They also arranged a Khao Yai Nature Reserve tour for us, which was fantastic. We were even dropped off at the train station when we left. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would stay again.

Lake View is owned by a British helped by his Cambodian wife. they have established a very quiet place with a pond. We did not sleep in a tent but in a 3-person bedroom which was fine. You can use the bikes for free but there are only 2 available. And this was helpful since the city center is a bit far from the hostel.

Booked 2 nights here and changed to 4 after arriving due to the lovely setting. They have a lake you can fish in. And some tents for camping. It was about 10 minutes drive from Pak Chong. Prices were very reasonable. We had a room which was very clean and fresh. Usual hard mattress for Thailand but not as hard as some. There were 2 showers, a toilet in one and urinal in other. Khao Yai national park is about 40 mins away. We rented their scooter . Allan and Pong were fantastic hosts. Pong cooks great food and good prices. Allan was brilliant. He picked us up from the train station, took us to Pak Chong for a small charge, Was a mine of great information about the area and Thailand in general. He also was a huge help in assisting us with our onward travel. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would return again.…

Allan and K. Pong are as hospitable as they are sweet. Their camping ground is well maintained and looked after. Allan personally pottering about the premises and making sure is ship-shape every morning. The herb garden is a horticulturists dream, and the pond is FULL of fish - fun for kids to feed them + you can ask to fish if you like. The tents are comfy, and come stocked with blankets, towels, cushions. The food on the menu is lovingly prepared (be sure to try the Larb Tort - YUMMY!!!) If you're looking for a place to educate your little ones about sleeping in a tent, but have the comfort of an easy breakfast, and a clean shower and toilet - be sure to book!

We stayed here for about 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a tent for about 200 THB a night and a shared bathroom. The whole property is beautiful. There are a lot of places where you can sit, read, relax and enjoy the quietness and peaceful nature. The British owner and his Thai wife are lovely and always make sure you feel very comfortable. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. The wife can cook for you. I picked my own Papaya and we had the most delicious papaya salad. If you like to vary there are two little street restaurants on the main road to your right (a newer one with air-con room and one local one where there speak no English). In the evening there is some streetfood stalls in front of the close by supermarket in the direction of Pak Chong town. You can rent bicycles for free or hire a motorbike for a little fee to go into Khao Yai national park. All in all we would come back to this place any time. We had great talks with the owner and we learnt a lot about the Thai culture. When the owner picks you up from Pak Chong he will charge a small fee which is totally fine.…

Stay here for 1 night because I want to visit Primo piazza in Pak Chong the day after. Lake view is the one of the best place to stay while you are in nakhon ratchasima district as a backpacker. The guesthouse has shuttle service and good wifi. They use fan and the toilet is outside the room. The owner of this guesthouse has 3 cats, so if you have alergic to cats fur you should bring your medicine. The best thing when you stay here is you can see beautiful sun rise. Overall this guest house is recommended to stay.

Hopefully I am reviewing the right place, I booked through bookingbuddy before and I am several months late on my review but I loved it it here! The manager is great and the location is calm and beautiful the tents are comfortable! The bathrooms are so clean and you can have a little fire at night! My sister and I love it hear my one recommendation would be more vegetarian food but that's Thailand sometimes!
