It's a beautiful location on the beach, close to some fabulous bars and restaurants but far enough away that a good nights sleep is guaranteed. Sea breeze seems to have deteriorated over the years unfortunately...the beach bar is no longer used, the lights don't get turned on at night and most of the effort seems to be made in the...

Just the place to get away from the busier resorts like Pattaya. Rooms were clean and tidy with a good sized bathroom. Plenty of choice food wise, Thai and European menus. Can hire a bike close by and explore the island. I would go back again for sure.

Bungalows are very close to the beach, and location is main advantage of thos accomodation. Rooms and toilet are basic, with aircon and fan. My room had flat screen TV. Place is not spectacular but for price that was payed I could not expect better.

The Sea Breeze Bungalows on Lamai Beach are a nice place to have has your central location or the Sea Breeze Place (owned by the same family ) which is right across the road is a little better as it is newer and has its own pool. The Bungalows of course have the restaurant, bar, spa and ocean.

I stayed here for 6 nights in room 301, I opted for a basic room with no AC. It was 400 baht (£8) for a double room. It was a bit rough around the edges, but I'm a traveller and I don't expect luxury for £8 per night. It is in the centre of Lamai and situated on a nice...

A short walk to 100's of restaurants. The bungalows are a little dated, but very clean well maintained grounds, laundry service and a good restaurant and bar. Their sister property across the road has a great pool very modern with balconies over looking the pool. Life is great!!!

All the basics available: beds with clean sheets, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, toilet . Friendly and thrustful personnel. Only 200 metres from the beach and the supermarket. The only negative thing were the potentially dangerous street dogs.

I stayed here in the whole of Sept..2015..I don't know what people expect when you stay here.....admittedly its not the Ritz but it was sufficient for my needs, clean sheets, adequate facilities & more importantly friendly staff....I recommend the Sea Breeze wholeheartedly🙏

It was by far my worst accommodation in Thailand! I have stayed in simple accommodations, but at least they were clean and usually staff were friendly. At sea breeze bungalows, Staff are incredibly rude, specially the two managers! Rooms are in real bad shape, with a bad smell and with infiltration. Towels are very old with wholes and the rooms...

The bungalows are ok. We had the fan bungalow for 500 THB. It was big and clean. Of course it is rather expensive compared to other locations but you have to remeber that Ko Samet is rather expenive. So if you just want a cheap bungalow on Ko Samet this is defintitly the place.
