Love view and nice place. But too far from beach and other restaurant. Love place that there are swimming pools and table tennis. But resort is the end of the road cannot walk, need to bike only. I tried to walk it's take 30 minutes to restaurant.

We visited here last year by accident booked through the website and did not expect that much as for sightseeing. However the location quite alright if you were traveling with motorbikes rental that provided the whole island since step in. The first arrived here we were impressed with cleanliness of the resort and decorated simple but class. Staff were friendly as usual in Thailand which not much compared but the flexible they provide quite impressed. One more thing you cannot miss is two swimming pool in one Resort which incredible you may see in five star hotel but we not expect to see on the Samed island. Just wow. Guest room design and decorate quite good and all needs equipped. Food in the restaurant were great. That's reason why all of us decided to return stay. Will see you again. Recommended.

Disappointed with this hotel, pictures are a lot nicer on here than what the rooms really look like inside. The room had a strong smell of damp. There was about 3 days of heavy rainfall in which our room's ceiling was leaking we had to have towels on the floor to prevent slipping. One day the whole island had no electricity from 8am until 5pm - out of courtesy you would have thought that the hotel would pre-warn you especially with us having a 2 yr old toddler we could have been prepared had we had been told in advance. The main pool is far to deep, I couldn't use it whilst trying to hold my daughter at the same time as I couldn't touch the bottom. Location is very out of the way - there are a couple of nice restaurants and beautiful beach about 5 minutes walk however staying up this end for 11 nights like we did became very boring and felt isolated and ending up spending a lot of money on taxi's. if your putting this on your room bill make sure you make note of what you are getting as they tried to charge us an extra £50 worth of food and drinks we either didn't order or sent back as it was something we hadn't ordered. The staff can barely speak English so trying to explain these sorts of things became impossible apart from one guy (don't know his name) he was fantastic. There was a lady that sat behind her laptop all the time didn't see her doing a great deal but she was getting the bar staff to fill her mug up with spirits and happily drinking away the stock (maybe this is where the extra charges ended up on our bill - covering her costs!?!?!)

I read the food was very good, I think the chef wrote the reviews. The Thai food was OK but the western food was not good, frozen and deep fried processed stuff that looks like food. Main pool was too deep for kids and because had no shade was hot water. Pandora is far away from the main resort of Samet, you will need to rent a motorbike.Rent as your getting off boat at main port 300 per day. You can then return when you are due to leave the Island.
