We have just returned to this hotel for the sixth time and have had another wonderful week’s family skiing holiday here. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the ski lift and the spa facilities were very welcome after a day on the slopes. The food is very varied and of excellent quality and we will definitely be returning for another stay next year.

Arriving late, we were treated to a five course fine dining and utterly delicious menu; this was repeated throughout our 7 day stay in this quaint and peaceful resort. Situated across the road from a gondola plus a stones throw from a bus stop that took us to Hintertux glacier for some amazing skiing, Alpenjuwel did not fail to impress. The staff were warm, welcoming , accommodating and very helpful, working through day and night to ensure our stay was a perfect one. Hats off to the chef whose food was Michelin star standard! We would definitely recommend this hotel and resort and will be back soon.

We absolutely loved the place. Very friendly and easygoing staff, great food and service. It is really dog friendly hotel. You can bring your dog for each meal to the bar and staff members are also dog lovers? Very clean rooms, nice spa area and tasty meals. Good location, close to the hiking trails, just by the river, supermarket around the corner as well as a bus stop. Free garage or parking place in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back! Thanks for the hospitality!

Nice and quiet hotel. Spacious rooms. Good Wifi. Luxury spa area. Nice staff and very good food. Walking distance to the ski lift. Free parking in the garage or directly outside the hotel. We'll be back!

Great spacious rooms, very clean! Very friendly personel, great food 3/4 pension = snacks, sweet and salty between 16h an 17h Hotel close to slopes and free bustransport to Hintertux gletcher. 8km drive to Mayerhofen for shopping day

We spend there 3 days. It was perfect. Equipement of hotel is described on web pages and I can confirmed it. WiFi connection function well. Breakfest and dinner fantastic !!! Wine list with many good Austrian wines. Staff really friendly and professional. We were very satisfy.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Overall Hotel Alpenjuwel provided a very welcoming and home like atmosphere. The food was great value for money. We had a large group of 21 with 11 kids. The hotel staff did an amazing job of taking care of us all. Special note to Joseph in the bar for his attentive service. Most of all, we appreciated Alexandra and all of her efforts to make us feel at home. From special food requests, ski passes, and trips to Innsbruck she took care of everything with a warm smile. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Very beautiful hotel, well equipped, sauber and tidy, it looks absolut perfect at first sight. But.. My room was definitely cold, even if wide and amazingly furnished; the cuisine didn't match my expectations (especially the way the dishes were presented) the music entertainment in the evening was terrible! The expensive bill didn't match the service. The entire staff and the management are not at the height of this hotel. I don't recommend it.

Stayed here with Family for a week over the new year period. Staff were excellent especially Alexanadra who was on hand 24/7 to attend to all our needs. Foods was some of the best i,ve tried especially the New Year "feast" of 7 courses Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean Would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed only 3 nights. The owner, Alexandra is a really switched on, welcoming and helpful lady who obviously trains her staff to a high standard - which shows through in the service provided. 4 course Dinner was included in our tariff and provided 3 choices for each course all perfectly acceptable and well executed, full buffet breakfast with loads of choice. Our room was an 'Emerald' with nice balcony, seating and view up the valley. We never used the sauna or spa treatments but did use the free under house car parking. Vorderlanersbach itself seemed so much nicer and quieter than Mayrhofen and a short bus ride from Hintertux Glacier or the lifts at Finkenberg. We hope to stay here again.
