Wir ein Paar geben eigentlich keine Bewertungen ab. Das Lokal in Tux ( das Lokal heißt tatsächlich das Lokal ) lässt uns aber eine Ausnahme zu. Wir waren im Februar mit Freunden aus London in der Region und finden heute die Zeit > unser Danke < an DAS LOKAL zu richten. Zum Abendessen kehrten wir dreimal in diese Lokalität ein und waren jedesmal wieder schlichtweg begeistert. Das Ambiente hatte uns positiv angesprochen, vielmehr aber die sehr gute Küche. Wie ebenso das sehr gute Service. Wir hatten uns jedesmal durch die Speisekarte durch probiert, vom exellenten Hausspieß bis hin zur Jägerpfanne, dem Rostbraten etc.und stellten dabei fest, hier wird die gute, bodenständige österreichische Küche noch zelebriert. Und man durfte ohne deswegen schräg angesehen zu werden Zusatzwünsche problemlos einbringen. Bezüglich unserer Essenwünsche hatten wir uns eine vielfältige Speisekarte vorgefunden und waren bzgl. unserer Bestellungen jedesmal wieder begeistert. Einen großen Applaus der Küche von uns allen. Die Preise zudem empfanden wir uns als sehr günstig. Auch das Service empfanden wir uns als erstklassig. Eine Servicekraft, bei unserer Besuchen ein Kellner, welche ein sehr gutes Englisch spricht ist leider immer noch selten vorzufinden. Ebenso wie wir es uns als sehr angenehm empfanden das dieser Kellner ein Österreicher war. Findet man sich heutzutage auch schon selten vor. Zudem war diese Servicekraft sehr zuvorkommend und hat sein Fach wie die Küche lobenswert verstanden. Fazit unsererseits ist, daß sich dieses Lokal die Bewertung > Ausgezeichnet < verdient. Mit unserem nächsten Besuch 2018 darf man rechnen und wir freuen uns jetzt schon wieder sehr darauf. Macht weiter SO und nochmals ein nettes Dankeschön!…

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der Talstation der Rastkogelbahn und der Talabfahrt. Wer näher dran sein will, muss in der Liftstation übernachten. Zur Begrüßung gab es erstmal einen Begrüßungsschnaps. Das Zimmer 105 war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot einen Ausblick zum Berg und die Rastkogelbahn. Das Essen war sehr lecker und individuell. Zusammengefasst ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

We stayed in this small pension 3rd time (always during Xmas) and are very happy. Location is great, just next to rastkogel lift, rooms are clean and quiet, food is good (we had half board), owners are very friendly. Excellent quality/price value. I am sure we will come back here again!!!

Niet het grootste hotel in de regio, maar wel direct aan de bakjeslift! Bij goede sneeuwcondities kan je zelfs tot in het dal, dus aan het hotel skiën. De uitbaters hebben van dit kleine pension een knus huis gemaakt, waar vooral een familiaal en thuisgevoel overheerst. De kamers zijn er ruim en verzorgd, niets op aan te merken! Ontbijt is beperkt maar met wel voldoende keuze. Het avondeten was steeds dik in orde met een keuze uit 2 menu's. Omdat mijn vrouw vegetarisch eet werd er steeds aan haar gedacht. Vlak naast de skilift gelegen bereik je het skigebied Zillertal 3000 met pistes vanaf Mayerhofen tot Eggalm. Het hotel bevindt zich ook aan de rand van het dorpje zodat je niet ver verwijderd bent van enkele winkeltjes. Ook de skihuur is in de onmiddellijke omgeving gelegen.
