FAZIT: Guter Komfort hat seinen Preis: Wer gerne eine moderne, komfortable Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung als Feriendomizil mieten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Lage: Im Tuxer Ortsteil Juns, direkt an der Bushaltestelle "Dr. Peer", in gut 10 Min. ist man an der Hintertuxer Gletscherbahn, in 5 Min. an der Eggalmbahn, in 20 Min. an der Finkenberger Almbahn und in 30 Min. in Mayrhofen. Und wer mal einen Arzt braucht, geht ins Nachbarhaus zu Dr. Peer. Besser geht es eigentlich nicht... Wohnung: Wohnung 2 bietet neben seiner modernen und umfangreichen Ausstattung (u.a. Bad/WC getrennt, Geschirrspüler, Ceran-Kochfeld, Dunstabzug, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Doppelwaschbecken im Bad, Fön, Flachbild-TV jeweils in Wohn-/ Schlafraum, Telefon, Safe, einen Süd-Balkon mit Stühlen und Liegenstuhl, eine sehr bequeme Bettcouch für die 3./4. Person (nicht zu vergleichen mit herkömmlichen billigen Couches) Ambiente: Alles ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail, aber ohne überladen oder kitschig zu sein. Das Haus ist erst rund 6 Jahre alt und dennoch hat es den Anschein, dass alles nagelneu ist. Die ganze Aufmachung ist schlüssig, alles ist rund - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, entspannend, ein Zuhause - wenn auch nur auf Zeit. Service: Der Service lässt sich in 3 Buchstaben ausdrücken: T-O-P !!! Natürlich gibt es einen Brötchenservice und u.a. einen DIN A4-Ordner mit liebevoll zusammengestellten Informationen zu Aktivitäten, Restaurants etc. Preis-Leistung: Hier muss man abwägen, mit wie vielen Personen die Wohnung belegt ist, da der Preis pro Person bei einer 2er-Belegung höher als mit einer 4er-Belegung ist. My family chose Ferienwohnungen Magdalena as our winter holiday destination and spent a lovely week (27.01.14-31.01.14) there. It may be said without exaggeration that this is certainly a place, to which you would like to come over and over again. Ferienwohnungen Magdalena is situated in Tux - a picturesque village in Austrian Alps. It is conveniently located only approximately 5 km away from the ski resort and is a perfect place for everyone, who wants to have a nice family holiday in Tirol and experience unprecedented beauty of mountains. Buses to Hintertux (where a ski lift is located) go regularly and a free of charge to anyone who owns a skipass. Bus stop is only a few-minute walk from the cottage. Area near the hotel is calm and beautiful with only few cafes and no shops. Those, who want to do some shopping, visit a restaurant or buy souvenirs should go to the centre of the village (5-minute bus ride). Hotel offers free parking place, which is of particular convenience for those, who prefer to travel by car. We booked an apartment for a family of four. It was not only spacious, cozy and beautifully decorated but also contained everything a family on holiday may need. It consisted of a small hall, a bedroom, two toilets, a bathroom (with a hair drier and a set of towels), a living room (with a sofa convertible into a big and comfortable bed) and a kitchen, which was rather small but very well-equipped (with all the crockery, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave oven and an electric kettle). All the furniture was new and of a very high quality. Moreover, the apartment was extremely clean and tidy. We had to pay extra for the access to Wi-Fi, but the quality of the connection was very good. Extra facilities Ferienwohnungen Magdalena can offer are a game room for kids and a special room in the cellar for storing skis and skiing boots. Credits should definitely be given to the owner of this hotel Frau Martina Mader – the most hospitable person I’ve ever met. She was friendly, polite and extremely helpful and it was a great pleasure to be her guest. One more remarkable detail: leaving the hotel, we forgot a very important thing there – something like a symbol of our family which we take with us wherever we go. I wrote an e-mail to Frau Mader, asking if anything could be done to get the thing back and received immediate response, that she will send it to us as soon as possible. In no longer than a week we received it back accompanied by a letter with warm greetings from Tux. All in all, these are the little things that actually matter and make difference between good and excellent service. Our stay in Ferienwohnungen Magdalena was as pleasant and nice as one can imagine. I definitely recommend this great hotel to everyone, who wants to enjoy a perfect family holiday in the Alps.…
