My wife and I had a wonderful stay for her birthday. We arrived and got upgraded as a birthday surprise and were able to enjoy a wonderful, spacious suite with beautiful views and a rooftop terrace. For dinner we were again surprised with Champagne and a small cake and all food was delicious. The spa, bath & wellness area offers something to relax for everyone with multiple different baths and pools in a relaxing atmosphere with again incredible views of the mountains! Breakfast is small and can be crowded during peak hours but offers everything you need. Overall we had a great experience and a birthday that we won't forget.

Pro: Friendly and professional staff, amazing rooms with a tremendous view of the mountains. A huge amount of sports activities and swimming pools and saunas are all at the guest disposal. The breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. Con: As nice as the rooms were, there was no air-condition in them and not even a ceiling fan. Granted we traveled during an unnatural heat wave and most of the time air-conditions are not necessary in a place like this but for a brand new luxury hotel, this is a poor area of service.

Room Tip: All rooms have a great view, and ask if you can borrow a fan if you are there during a hot time...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was big and comfortable but only a shower and no bath. From the shower came a weird unenjoyable smell from time to time. Keep the door to the bedroom closed! 😂😂 Breakfast was incredible good, above average but not all the staff can speak English for questions or requests. The spa was enjoyable, certainly the outside pool is lovely. Only I agree with other visitors, there should be a seperate, special section for hotelguests. Now you just join the regular daily and busy spa which you can visit for +- 20 euro when not staying at the hotel, which makes your expensive hotelreservation a lot less exclusive. Next time I think I would prefer to book a different hotel in the neighbourhood and just pay 40 euro for 1 full day in the spa for 2 persons.

Great new place for a therme and spa. Did not try the spa but the therme was great. Small and manageable and very clean. Good service and nice big rooms. Great views. Worth a visit. Place has good gym and the restaurant service and food is good.

My + : Location, Great indoor and outdoor Swimming pools, Friendly staff for anything you may need, Nice Spa, Big rooms, Relaxing Bed. My - : Spa area is open for everyone who want to join, i think that the hotel should separate the visitors from hotel guests. Is a little bit expensive hotel so the hotel guests need special treatment. The Wi Fi in our senior suite did not has good signal and the speed was very very low! No chance to watch video or something. Last one, the maids make the room incredibly quick, as a result, not the best clean service. Thanks staff for everything!
