Very nice and cosy hotel outside the city centre, but considering the free availability of bikes for guests access is made very easy. Excellent breakfast. However, for those unlucky ones who will be lodged in the Boardhousing (an annex of the hotel 300 m away) it will take a morning walk to get there !!

Nice, small (house) hotel in picturesque Leuven. Very local and central for sightseeing of this medival town. Good restaurant and bar selection of wines and infamous belgian beers. Rooms are very basic and odd-sized for comfort but will do for a couple of nights. Breakfast is proffesional lean, high quality and delicious

I have been coming to this place for the last 4 years when I return back home for a break. I have always stayed in the same rooms and happy with it. They are perfect for what we need and service is done with a smile. We had a problem with the safe and the window and due to time... More

I've stayed 1 month in this place. If you plan to stay longer than 15 days in Leuven you should consider this place, because they have a very special price. The rooms are beautiful, they have with kitchen so you can cook your own meals and don't need to spend eating outside everyday. The staff is incredible, all of them.... More

I have stayed at a few other hotels in Leuven, and stayed in different rooms at this hotel, including Boardhousing. I have never been disappointed. I have come across the owner a few times, always very kind, appeared sincere. The reception, the breakfast prep, the housecleaning, always a 10+. The rooms are always very clean. I have witnessed them cleaning... More

I drive through Belgium quite often from England to track days and races in Europe (mostly Germany, east Belgium, and Holland) and usually travel Thurs night after work, crash "somewhere" and carry on Friday morning.. I say "somewhere" because I used to drive until I felt knackered and then rely on google to find me somewhere local-ish to where I... More

Stayed here for one night when visiting the University on Business. The reception was friendly, the room had a very modern feel but the room is comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom was also clean and had a classy feel to it, it was shower only with no bath. My room was on the front and had a balcony which... More

The rooms in this hotel are very nice. The hotel is not to big and situated in a quiet area. As the hotel is located a little bit outside the city center, it is very nice the hotel is offering free bikes to travel arround the city. I'll return for sure. Nice restaurant next door.

The rooms are spacious and clean, even in the location next to the market (though it's a bit noisy). But that's where the good stops. We booked for 4 nights initially, then wanted to change our booking to 3 nights because we wouldn't make the airport on time. We were informed we could change our reservation at no extra cost,... Booked a room for 2 through booking.com, and knew that we would be at the second location and not staying at the main location where you check in. The rooms are quite big, and the deluxe suite we had was fitted with a kitchenette which we didn't use. We walked to the center of Leuven a few times which was... More
