The place so perfectly reflects and exudes host Lex' uniquely idiosyncratic vision even a one-night visit will forever issue a call to return. Lex himself is the epitome of judicious, caring, and sophisticated hospitality. Moreover, the entire place exerts an unusually powerful artistic and spiritual impact. A peak experiemce in every regard. Luc (Richmond, BC, Canada)

I have been staying here for many years. I have had excellent service from Lex and fully recommend R&Breakfast. Excellent value for money and a top quality service. The rooms are especially comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding.

I stay here about once or twice a year before getting the Channel Tunnel back to England. I work for the UN in Holland and travel a lot, so I appreciate a good place when I find it! The owner, Lex, is the most caring host you could hope for, with a great sense of humour to boot. He's somehow...

The difference between a good b&b and a great b&b is the owner who in this case is Lex. We had the red room which has a south facing terrace which is perfect for relaxing during warm evenings but there are two other rooms. We stayed at R&Breakfast with our little dog who was on his best behaviour and we...

A great place to stay with beautiful bedrooms, and luxurious bathrooms. An excellent host with all the local knowledge you need. We just spent a fabulous weekend with family and friends, couldn't ask for more!

What a great find, this is a lovely b&b about 5-10 minute stroll from the centre of Roeselare. The owner, Lex, is full of information about the area and lots of other stories. He was extremely helpful and it was no problem to store our bicycles securely in the garage. Our room was gorgeous - well decorated, spacious, clean and...

This is the second time we have stayed with Lex and enjoyed our visit. The beds are very comfortable and the red room has the benefit of a terrace which in good weather is a real bonus. Within easy walking distance to the centre of town with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The garden was a nice place...

nice, modern, clean room. Big bathroom with all the things you need. Excellent breakfast and very nice owner who can tell you a lot of things regarding the neighbourhood! Definately a good idea to book here if you need a place to stay.

We arrived by bike and there are facilities available to keep the bikes locked up off street. The top floor was nice and quiet. Lex is very friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to see in town and the events currently going on. The breakfast spread was ample and delicious.

I can see why people like staying here but a place with dodgy wifi is unfortunately a big issue for me I am sure i was unlucky but it took a long time to resolve and i thought i would have to go elsewhere. suspect the problem is widespread in the town having had problems also in the restaurant Excellent...
