Nice average hotel with good costumerservice. Very good breakfast! :) We stayed for 2 nights in february 2016 to see Vechtas stallionshow. Very lovely little city and nice people. Easy to park a car to hotels parkingarea.

The hotel is centrally located close to the main shopping street. The room is basic, a bit spartan but clean and sufficient for a short stay. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. I couldn't connect to the web or vpn for some reason although I had a password provided by the hotel for free.

My review is consistent with most or all of the other reviews. This a hotel that one might choose for modesty of cost and central location in Vechta. I spent thee nights in June 2016 at the Hotel Bremer Tor at the expese of Vechta University, where I was doing some guest teaching. People may imagine that guest professors are...

This hotel is located centrally in Vechta and has a very good restaurant near by. The rooms are ok but the blinds are too short so that the room is quite bright in the night due to the street lights. There is no mini bar and the Internet is very slow and charged at 7€ per day. Breakfast was good...

The hotel was a little tricky to find, we drove past it only noticing a small sign on the ground. We parked up and walked back to find when you go down the drive way off the main road theres a much larger sign on the building, a massive car park and a restaurant. We arrived at about 11am and...

We spent two nights in this hotel. It is what you find all over Europe, a small, clean hotel with small clean rooms. It is OK when one is passing through town - - or in our case visiting relatives -- and only coming to the room to sleep. One would not want to spend any more time in the...

I stayed at this hotel for one night, during longtrack racing trip to Germany. These hotel was booked for us by a supplier, and they told us it was a ok hotel. The rooms was BIG, this is the biggest room I've had for 70 EUR, in Finland this would be double the price. The room had a AC, and...

My wedding guests from out-of-town as well as myself stayed at the Hotel Bremer Tor for a couple of nights. The hotel is in a very good location with a Tappas Bar right next door and shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the service personel was extremely friendly and accomodating of our large...

If you somehow have to visit Vechta, this one is the best choice in this small town. Large and clean rooms, friendly staff. Maybe the most important advantage is, they have a restaurant(which must be the best in town). Not a gourmet spot but delicious.
