Room was comfortable. TV and a balcony, onsuite. Took own brewing tackle. Lovely outside sitting area. The manager and all the staff were very friendly, well organised and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. I will be going again.

We spent 1 night (well in fact half a night) at this hotel. We arrived extremely late due to transport issues and they v kindly allowed us in still. This hotel is quite old fashioned in decor but it is comfy, spotlessly clean with a friendly, helpful manager who speaks excellent english. Breakfast was plentiful with a delicious choice of...

We stayed here on our way to Austria. The room was good but the breakfast was only adequate. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre where we enjoyed an excellent meal. On arrival in Prum we had a slight difficulty in finding the hotel.

Really friendly hotel, comfortable rooms, most with balcony, in a quiet position a short drive from the town centre. A superb breakfast is served each morning, nothing is too much trouble. An ideal stopover close to Belgium. We shall visit again.

No getting around the fact that this hotel could do with a face lift, the rooms are definitely in need of modernisation. However, that aside, this hotel is great, and everything was very clean. Lovely staff who absolutely couldn't have been more helpful. We were a large group of 16 and they put on a special meal for us as...

What a great hotel! Clean friendly, accessible !! We were so lucky to find this place! A little bit 1970s but I loved it. The owner Bettina could not do enough for us and the other guests. If we wanted the bar open until 2am it wasn't a problem( even though I know Bettina had been up at the crack...

Great value for money, great restaurant, really nice welcoming owners, relaxed atmosphere, good company, great bar. Bit burger is great. Clean well furnished bedrooms. I've probably stayed here 20 times or more over 14 years and would recommend.
