We have just returned following a week at this resort, the views are amazing. The staff are very accommodating and quickly get to know you, your preferred drinks, food etc. We had a private terrace most days with only 3 sun beds so spent the day on our own which is priceless. With views of the sea, 6 other islands,...

Beautiful hotel with panoramic views of the other islands and spectacular sunsets. Fabulous spa pool with hydrotherapy jets. Infinity pools lovely but cold! You can swim in the sea via a ladder at the bottom of the cliff. Food nice but wine and water expensive in the restaurant. Staff all very nice and friendly. Also liked the 'succulents' walk with...

This hotel is situated in a wonderful position with outstanding views over the sea and other islands. Every member of staff, cleaners, drivers, reception staff, waiters etc seem to ensure they do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, Particular thanks to waiters, Ivan and Vincenzo. A wonderful holiday all ways round. Superb location, unobtrusive yet professional staff always there to make you feel special. A long journey to get there...13hours door to door but well worth it. Other residents were friendly too although there were so many places to be private around the grounds. The wellness centre was a special treat after the heat and...

This is a lovely hotel with clean rooms, fantastic pools and friendly staff. Only negative is that buying drinks from the bar is very expensive, even for a luxury hotel (although the snacks that come with them are plentiful!). Restaurant is a little chaotic with well-meaning but less well-briefed staff but the food is lovely. Other reviews are correct that,...

Just returned from a week at Therasia Resort and Spa. Whilst the location is simply stunning and certainly 5 star this is the only bit of the resort that deserves a 5 star rating. The rest of the place resembles an Italian Fawlty Towers is no more than a 3 star hotel. With the exception of Alexandra in the restaurant...

Lovely hotel with every luxury and very attentive staff. Beautiful location. We loved everything about our stay here. The food was amazing, true Sicilian and very plentiful, the service in the restaurant exceptional. Theresia Resort is a magical place to stay , nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they endeavour to make your holiday as perfect as possible.

My wife and I just returned from a very relaxing week here in September 2016. The location is absolutely stunning, on a headland, looking West with the entire Aeolian archipelago to the North. Our room was sea facing and whatever the weather we couldn't get enough of the view. The hotel is a wonderful example of a boutique hotel, luxury...

This hotel is nothing short of spectacular. Great staff, beautiful decor and easy access to the village only 5mins away via a dedicated shuttle. The island of Vulcano is also worth exploring. The staff here were exceptional. Alexandra from guest relations made our stay incredibly good. Every detail was covered. I cannot thank them enough. A great hotel.

I shall start by saying that the hotel, its facilities and views are second to none and well worth the long journey (2.5 hour flight, 1.5 hour transfer and 45 minute hydrofoil crossing) The reason for the 3* rating is solely based on the varying levels of service which in my opinion should always be top notch at a 5*...
