Stayed 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a larger 2 storey cabin and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped, beds comfortable and ample heating and hot water. The staff were lovely, giving us lots of information on the area. The waterfalls on the property are worth the short walks to see them. Its...

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin at Dalen Gaard. Only 5-10 min from Geiranger town center The cabin was good for 5 people, equipped with a full kitchen, table, sofa. Clean and tidy, and the office lady was welcoming and accommodating. We even had good internet (didn't expect it in the middle of the mountains) at a lounge next...

My partner and I stayed in the one bedroom cabin. It was well equipped with cutlery, crockery, bar fridge and stovetop so we could enjoy cooking our own meals. The grounds are very peaceful and quiet with a fantastic waterfall easy hike nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect place to getaway and avoid the crowds.

We stayed here 3 nights and we got a small cabin. It was a very neat and clean cabin and the location was very good. Also the washingroom and toilets are clean. The only things we think that could be improved is that there is only one cookingplate (not two as mostly seen) and no trashcan in the cabin. In...

I somehow missed that at this site you need to bring your own linens to sleep and food if you want to eat. So it was a little less enjoyable for us as we just needed a place to stay briefly for one night as we travelled by car throughout Norway. Fortunately you can purchase "disposable, multi-use" linens It was...

Nice cabins and very reasonable price compared to the closest campgrounds of the Geiranger Fjord. Must travel by car though as the fjord walking distance is too far. Reception was a bit cold but the rest is spot on. Large heated public room with tables for diner or recreation, kitchen available at no extra cost, a definitely good address for...

Myself and three friends rented a car and drove through Norway in May of 2014. We were mainly pulling into side roads/roadside campsites for the duration of the trip, but for three nights in a row we got rained on and were soaked. It was the off-season, so this was expected. We saw some cars at this campsite, and found...

We stayed here two nights in August 2014. Our cabin was a "high standard" with five beds and a bathroom. It also had a nice terrace. It's about a 10 minutes drive from Geiranger centre, takes you away from the noise, and gives you a good countryside feeling. They had two horses at the farm. "Kvanndalsfossen" a short hike nearby...

I couldn't find a spot near Geiranger main centre. ALL FULL and ALL WET grounds. Thus, I was heading to my next destination, Flam. However, just about 70kilos after, I found this campsite. I stayed in a bungalow with 4 beds. It was EXCELLENT. I would definitely recommend this campsite. Very quiet, clean, and $ nice price. Free Wifi near...
